The Bawa family reached their house "SHIV LOKH" followed by their bodyguards ...the whole road was blocked and the security was so tight that it was looking as if a procession was going on ...and indeed their prince was born...what more do the brothers want...As soon as they reached the entrance of their mansion an old lady who was their kaki that is their nanny who looked after the brothers in the absense of their mother...was standing with a Pooja ki thali to welcome the prince....
Kaki: Welcome home kuwarsa (prince in Rajasthani language) and did Arthi of the little baby who was in his bhaiya's arms and was laughing and smiling looking around it's surroundings...the baby seemed soo happy as if it returned to where it belonged...HIS HOME....
Sajeev entered and took his little prince around the mansion showing his sweet home...soon the baby yawned stating that it was his sleeping time...
The brothers made him sleep in their room...even though each brother had their own room but they had created a special room to stay together...
In no time the baby was fast asleep..the brothers left kaki to look after their baby and went out to perform the last rites of their Chacha and Chachi...
The priest conducted all the rituals and it was time to give the fire..
Priest : yajman...agni dene ka samay agaya hain..ap main se kaun degha agni kyuki inke bethe tho abhi bahut chote hain...
(Sir...who will give the fire among you all as their son is very small to involve in all these things)
The brothers looked at their elder brother Sajeev..who closed his eyes to shut down his pain and moved forward and light the fire and burned the bodies....
The brothers looked sadly at the burning flames...but a storm was going on in sajeev's heart...
Sajeev p.o.v:
What did you mean by there are so many things which I don't know chachu...aisa konsa raaz chupa hain ateet main....par jo bhi ho lekin ateet ka koi pana mere ya mere bacho pe asar nahi hone dunga
(About which secret were you trying to give a hint to me uncle but one thing is for sure that no matter what the secret of the past is....I will not let it destroy my children's happiness)
He remembered the day his uncle had told him about the baby's arrival he was very happy but his uncle looked tensed and that was the day when his uncle took a promise from him..
Flashback:
Sajeev : Chachuuuu I'm sooo happy today...my baby is coming ...my prayers got heard...finally I'll get my baby brother/ sister and no matter who it is but I'll love him or her like my OWN CHILD...
His chacha who was tensed till now had a sad smile ...but hid it from Sajeev...he caressed his hair lovingly...
"I never felt that I didn't have a child bcz you three have always been my children especially you Sajeev and I'm so proud of you beta..you have grown up to be such a beautiful person...you have given me so much...you are my eldest son and now I want a promise from you....I know you will take of my unborn child even without me saying anything but I want a promise from you that is....NO ONE SHOULD EVER KNOW THAT HE'S MY SON...THE WORLD SHOULD NEVER COME TO KNOW THAT HE'S RAHUL BAWA'S SON....I WANT YOU TO GIVE YOUR SURNAME TO HIM... PLEASE BETA... PROMISE ME"
Sajeev was shocked and overwhelmed...it was true that from the moment he got to know about the baby's arrival he had considered him/her as his child...but to give his name to the child overwhelmed him with emotions...he just looked at his uncle's eyes and something in them told him not to question him anything so he just agreed...
He kept his hand on his chachu's hand and said "PROMISE"
End of flashback...Sajeev "I'll keep my promise that I had given you chachu and today I will make another promise to myself that I will protect your baby till my last breathe...from today he's my son.... Sajeev Bawa's eldest son"
