Brooklynn's POV
"You HAVE to come Brookey! I promise you you'll love it! And if you
don't, I owe you free Starbucks for 2 months." Her best friend Aubrey chatted happily on the phone. The Starbucks concluded the deal as Brooklynn chuckled. Aubrey had just won 2 front row seats and VIP passes to her favorite band's tour.
"Alright, alright. I can't turn down Starbucks, but I can't promise that I won't fake not liking it." They both chuckled.
Brooklynn had known Aubrey since second grade when she moved from Australia. That explained why she had the peculiar accent that not most people in LA.
"I'll see you in two days! We're going to stay in the same hotel as them in hopes maybe we will see them more than once in these two weeks!" Brooklynn sighed.
"Oh Aub, you're insane. Insanely obsessed!" They both chuckled and said goodbye, as they hung up. She flopped down on her bed.
She decided she would see what the band looked like, and maybe listen to some of their music.
When she looked at the pictures, her eyes immediately found a tall blonde boy, he was very attractive and Brooklynn's heart beat out of control.
"What on Earth am I getting myself into?" She sighed, turned off the lights, plugged in her earbuds, and put their albums on spotify, and drifted into sleep thinking of the days to come.
