It was a peaceful morning or what seemed to be peaceful to you, you were asleep cuddling up against Wally He hugged you in a very comforting way, his hand rubbing circles on your back. It was all peaceful until the both of you heard a very powerful crunch bang like sound ,Which had startled you both awake.

" what was that Wally?"  you asked Wally looking at him in concern. " I don't know love, but I'll go check it out." He said back while he put on his blue robe, walking out of the room you soon following after. Wally walked up to the door to try and open it but he couldn't he tried, and tried again, but it just wouldn't budge " oh that's weird the door won't budge." Wally said looking at you. " well hun, that's probably because we are snowed in." You said as you pointed out the snow that was blocking the door, you and Wally looked at each other in disappointment today you both were supposed to go on your picnic date.

You and Wally walked away from the front window to go sit on the couch. Out of the two of you, you were the most disappointed and Wally could see it, he hated to see you sad. He pondered for a moment until an idea lit up in his head." Hey hun why don't you go upstairs and get dressed." he said, you looked at him with visible confusion " why would I need to get dress-" " just go get dressed hun, trust me on this!" He interrupted you. You did as you were told and went into the bedroom to go put on your best summer dress even though it was literally a snowstorm outside. While Wally was already in his suit and prepared the table for you and him with candles, food, and most important of all roses! When he was done he went to go grab you " okay now close your eyes and follow me."

He said as he grabbed your hand to guide you through the house " Wally why would I have to close my eyes?"  You asked while he guided you towards the kitchen " you'll see soon love, just be patient." he said with the Biggest grin on his face. When you two finally got to the kitchen he made you look, you gasped at the site. The rose petals around the table made a heart shape, the candles lit up the room with dim light and the food...... oh it was [your Favorite food].

You begin to tear up it was so sweet of him to do something like this " oh Wally!" You Shouted in happiness. hugging him and then bringing him into a tender kiss " I knew that would cheer you up." Wally Said as he looked down at you sweetly. he walked up to one of the chairs and pulled it out for you, you sat down and he sat down on the other end. For the rest of that day was full of laughs, fun and sweetness.

I guess being snowed in wasn't bad after all<3
