~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<0>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You were driving down a dirt road, colorful trees surrounded you as you grew near to the town you were moving too. Context on why you were moving, it was because you accidentally burned down your old house. yeah that's right but it really wasn't your fault considering that the wiring in the house backfired you didn't like that old house anyways.
As you were approaching the town there was a big sign with big bold colorful letters saying "welcome home" 'is That what the town is called?' you ask yourself well there was really no time to ask more questions to yourself because you were here, at your new home! after turning off the car and getting out you started moving boxes into your house. but there was one box that you really Couldn't move. no matter how hard you try to push or pull it, it just wouldn't budge " hey new, neighbor need any help?"
You looked up to see who asked, it looked to be a man around your age yellow skin, perfect blue hair, and a big smile that look to be contagious "Yes actually thank you!" You said. He nodded and went to the other side of the box, both of you hoisted it up and carried it inside the house and put it in the living room. "Thank you for helping me Mr...uhhhhhh-" you Stop talking and looked at him "oh dear I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Wally darling, but you can just call me Wally." He said Looking at you with a lazy gaze as his smile widened. you smiled back wally made a gesture with his hands like a 'go on' you were confused at first but then you realized "oh right sorry, my name Y/N it's a pleasure to meet you." You said.
Silence fell between you but it wasn't awkward it was comforting but that only lasted about a minute " do you want me to show you around the neighborhood?" Wally asked As he reached out his hand for you to take. You nodded as you took his hand he pulled you out of your house and showed you to the other neighbors.
{Time skip}
It's been about a year since you moved in and you loved it here, the neighbors the colors and Wally . Yes that's right you might have developed a tiny crush on him- oh who am I kidding you had a huge crush on him. today Wally had invited you over to his house to go paint Which you were on your way to go do right now.
You arrived at his house, to be honest you're kind of nervous. today you really wanted to tell him how you felt but you were really scared of rejection. what if he didn't want to be friends with you anymore, what if he found you weird, what if he- you didn't realize he opened the door trying to get your attention "hey Earth to Y/n you okay?" Wally asked concerned " oh yeah I'm fine sorry just daydreaming." You said as you walked inside. it looked like Wally had already set up two easels a set of paint brushes, canvases and paint.
Wally sat down in one of the stools you did the same you two painted as you talked about stuff like, what you did yesterday, what you ate until finally you decide to ask the question " Wally can I tell you something?" You asked nervously Wally looked up from his painting " yes of course you can what do you want to talk about." He said while looking at you with what seem to be anticipation in his eyes. you grew nervous you start to have second thoughts, but you ignore them and said what was on your mind " Wally I had a crush on you for a long while and I just want to say that I love you!" You screamed while covering your face. Wally's smile widened as he got up and walked to you removing your hands from your face " I love you too dear." You were shocked at what he said, he had the same feelings for you too?
" wait you feel the same too?" You asked just to be sure. Wally lean forward and kissed you. as he pulled back he said " of course I do dear after all...........
" you're the apple of my eye."
