Ariana's P.O.V
In the graveyard in Mystic falls , I am standing in front of my mothers gravestone with my uncle Phil right beside me as I'm holding white Lilly flowers mom's favorite, I crouch down and place them on her grave next I get back up and kiss two of my fingers placing them on her grave.
"ti voglio bene mamma" I said in Italian as I turned around and walked away.
I stood by the car waiting for my uncle , Jeremy came up to me and hugged me then kissed my head
"Ari I'm so sorry, I know how much your mom meant to you" Jeremy said to me I hugged him back
"Thank you Jeremy, I'm sorry that you lost your parents as well, they were good people" I said to him as John and my uncle came over to us
"You ready to go kiddo" uncle Phil asked
"Uh is it ok if I stay and watch over Jeremy for sometime then I'll probably head down to forks or wherever you are playing or moving with that woman" I asked he nodded and hugged me
"Yeah it's ok your eighteen now free to make your own decisions, just call your dad" uncle Phil tells me I nod as he kisses my head and hugs me
"Ok I gotta go kiddo" he said
"Ok be careful uncle Phil I can't lose another family member or friend" I said remembering the loss of my dear friend Laura Hale
After the funeral, I go with Jeremy, uncle john, Aunt Jenna and Elena back to the house. As soon as we get inside the house I take off my heels and so does Jenna
"Jeremy I know you don't wanna hear it but we are gonna get through this, all of us and if you need me I'm here ok" I said to him he nodded and went upstairs
"Now, how are you two" I asked the two adults in the room
"Ari we just left it's gonna hurt for a while" John said I nodded
"Yeah I know sorry" I said
"It's fine your just curious and thank you for being here" Jenna said I nodded
"As long as you,Jeremy and John need me I'll be here" I said as she kissed my forehead and I went upstairs to my bedroom in the attic and fell on my bed I took out my phone and called my dad
"Hello" he answered I smiled
"Hey dad uh I'm going to stay in mystic falls for a while to watch over Jeremy I have a feeling something's about to go wrong here, is that ok?" I asked him
"Yeah that's fine and I'm sorry I couldnt be there for your mothers funeral between work and Bella being depressed I couldn't get away" he says
"It's fine dad I gotta go I'll call later tonight ok love you" I told my father
"Love you too kiddo" dad replied and I hung up .
I got up went downstairs and saw Jenna sitting on the couch with a glass of wine in her hand I smiled and joined her
"Hey Jen" I said
"Hey how are you after you know" she asked
"Jenna it's ok you can say the words I'm not going to cry and scream like most children do" I said as I took her wine out of her hand and drank some
"Hey! That was mine" Jenna said offended that I took her wine
"And now it's mine" I smirked she took it back and I smiled as we watched tv
