SAM'S POV:
I've been dating a girl names Y/N. She's my everything. I love her to death.

So, I was having a party and I invited most of the people at school. They all looked as if they were having fun. But something wasn't quite right. Y/N wasn't anywhere. Where could she be? I checked everywhere! I peeked into the bathroom and heard her say in a low whisper,"Zach, you know I don't really like Sam. I like you. And you also already knew that I'm only dating him because of his YouTube channel. I told you since the day me and him started dating! I swear, I can't stand him." I can't believe it. She was the only person who I thought loved me for who I was. I just couldn't believe it. I opened the bathroom door and said,"Y/N is that true? I thought you loved me for who I was!" Her face looked worried. I felt my eyes get full of tears and pretty soon I started to see blurry. I heard her behind saying "SAM STOP! I LOVE YOU!" I ran outside and got into my car. I started driving but I could barely see with all the tears in my eyes. I didn't even know where I was headed to. I just kept thinking about what happened. I decided to record her a video on my phone about what had happened.Not being aware of where my car was going, a big truck just smashed into me. My head smashed into the airbag and I just saw a blur of darkness take over my body.

Y/N POV:
I didn't know what came over me when I said those words. All I could think of was of how badly I had hurt Sam. I didn't mean to hurt him in any way. I knew of all of the hard times he was going through. I heard JC scream my name multiple times. It sounded as if he was sobbing. "Y/N SAM GOT HIT BY A TRUCK AND NOW HE'S IN THE HOSPITAL!" Oh my god. I did this to Sam. I was the one who caused him to get into this accident. I drove to the hospital as fast as I could. When I got there, the rest of the o2l boys where already there. We waited a few minutes. A nurse finally said "I'm sorry to say this but Sam passed away. He was hit so badly and was bleeding so much that he lost 80% of his blood. He was recording something seconds before he got hit. Here is his phone incase you want I listen to it." Oh my god. It's my fault that Sam is dead. I heard the recording. It started off by saying," Y/N how could you have done that. I thought you were the only person that loved me for who I was besides the rest of the guys. I loved you s-" he got cut off by the truck hitting him. I can't believe it. Now I will never know what he really needed to say. I looked over at the rest of the guys. They were all in tears.

2 MONTHS LATER:
The rest of the o2l boys were on tour. Without Sam. While they were on stage, Trevor said "Okay guys. This is gonna be really hard for us. We made a slideshow for Sam."
*slide show ends*
Kian and Connor, and Ricky say, "Sam buddy, when we see you up in heaven really soon, we'll tell you all about the tour. We love you."
That slideshow was the saddest thing in the world. "See you again" was playing when they showed the slide show. I can't believe Sam died because of me.
