The Change

What was that? I can not believe it, I have a date. Oh my god this is a mess, I was not supposed to be interested in love until I graduated from university. OK, lets analyze this; I have a date, with a troublemaker. What is the negative side of it: I am going to get messed up. Now the positive side is that it looks like its going to be a fun way of getting messed up. Is it really worth it though? Probably not but I am going to do it anyways, I am sure I can manage high school and a guy at the same time.

—Meredith hurry up your dad is about to leave—

—almost done mom—

Oh god I forgot dad was driving me today, I better hurry.

That morning I decided my uniform needed some improving if I was going to be interested in a guy so wore it as good as I could and decided that after school I would take it to the lady who repairs clothes. My blue skirt almost touched my knees and my white t-shirt was too big for my size, my thigh was good though is kind of hard for a thigh to be wrong.

—I am leaving Meredith—

(Meredith)

—No dad, I am on my way downstairs already—

(John)

—You have one minute—

(Meredith)

—I am here dad, sorry I took so long—

—Try to improve that kiddo, life wont wait for you to hit you twice—

—All right dad, I will work on it—

—What do you think about last night dinner?—

—Being honest I dont like the type of business they have but you must know what you are doing—

When I arrived school I was surprised that Ms. Parker was waiting for me in the door.

—Is everything all right Ms. Parker?—

(Ms. Parker)

—Yes Ms. Bennet, I was just waiting for you to let you know that they have accepted you in the AP Russian class.—

(Meredith)

—Oh that wonderful news Ms. Parker—

(Ms. Parker)

—Yes I am sure of it, however they have a request for you to join—

(Meredith)

—I speak fluent Russian, so a test will not be an issue for me—

(Ms. Parker)

—It is not a test Ms. Bennet, in order for you to prove that you have the knowledge required for the class you must help the student who is behind in the class, her name is Abby Miller—

(Meredith)

—Abby? I already know her, it will be a pleasure to help her Ms. Parker—

(Ms. Parker)

—That is great, notify me through email when you start the lessons with her—

(Meredith)

—I will Ms. Parker—

That morning I went to class looking for Abby, but I found her during lunch.

—Hey A—

(Abby)

—Hi Mer, how are you doing?—

(Meredith)

—Great A, how about you?—

(Abby)

—I am fine thanks—

(Meredith)

—I was here to tell you that my counselor told I was going to tutor you for Russian class—

(Abby)

—Oh god I am so relieved its you, I thought it was going to be a weird guy who did not spoke good English—

(Meredith)

—Well unless I am a guy and I have not realized I have no such issue—

(Abby)

—quite a sense of humor Mer, anyways, when do we start?—

(Meredith)

—I was thinking about tomorrow at 7:00 PM—

(Abby)

—Works for me—

(Meredith)

—After that I will be able to do it everyday but next Saturday—

(Abby)

I still had around 15 more minutes of lunch so I went to see Ms. Parker

—Good morning Ms. Parker, might I come in?—

(Ms. Parker)

—Yes of course Ms. Bennet—

(Meredith)

—I am here to let you know that I have talked to Abby Miller and we accorded that we are going to start the lessons tomorrow afternoon—

(Ms. Parker)

—That is great Ms. Bennet, let me know how it goes—

(Meredith)

—All right Ms. Parker, thank you—

After that I went straight to my new class to check on what I should learn on my own and lucky for me it was not much.

(Mason)

—Have you picked the clothe you are going to wear on Saturday guardian angel?—

(Meredith)

—No yet, you in a hurry?—

(Mason)

—No at all, I was just thinking that maybe without any you would look just as great if not better—

(Meredith)

—You dirty minded, you are going to make me change my opinion

(Mason)

—I got to go, see you around guardian angel—

Oh god I must be red like a tomato, that comment was so inappropriate and even worse it made me feel something, I dont know what exactly but I know it was a positive feeling. Things with him are just so dangerous but exiting at the same time. I better get going to class and stop loosing my time.
