있어요- is.seo.yo (Have)
없어요- eop.seo.yo (Do not have)

Example:

A: 여기요! 녹차 주세요 - Yeo.gi.yo nok.cha ju.se.yo
(Waitress!/Waiter! green tea please)
B: 미안해요. 녹차 없어요 - Mi.an.hae.yo nok.cha eop.seo.yo
(Sorry, we do not have green tea)
A: 그럼 커피 있어요? - Geu.reom keo.pi is.seo.yo?
(Then, do you have coffee?)
B: 네, 있어요. - Nae, is.seo.yo
(Yes, we have)
A: 커피 주세요 - Keo.pi ju.se.yo
(Coffee please)

있어요 (is.seo.yo) & 없어요 (eop.seo.yo) can be use when you want to say I have....... or I don't have.......
