slight trigger warning // depressive episode, disordered eating

Peter woke up to loud screaming interrupting the peaceful silence of the appartement. His eyes shot open as soon as he felt Wade's absence next to him. They darted around the room, looking for any trace of the mercenary. His super hearing picked up on two voices yelling, the slightly calmer one would be his boyfriend, the other one being Tony?

He dragged himself off of the mattress that was way more comfortable than the one he had at home, and looked around on the floor for something to put over his shirt. A green sweatshirt, in fact the same one he wore yesterday was laying on the floor. He picked it up and tugged it over his head, the sweater laid just above the place his boxers ended. He rubbed his tired face and grabbed his glasses from the nightstand. Peter did not have the energy to argue with his father, but he wanted to be with his boyfriend.

As he quietly got closer to the argument, he saw that Wade had put his mask on, he understood why, but he just hated the mask. It was the way Wade tried to hide himself from him, from everyone.

The spider went to the end of the hallway, leaning against the wall to watch the two fight. Tony's back was facing him, and he made eye contact with Wade, who gave him an expression that screamed 'help' from under the mask.

"I know he's here Wilson! Where the fuck are you hiding him?!" Stark yelled, anger coating his voice.

"Like I told you, he was hurt." Wade said, surprisingly calm to the frantic father figure. "He got stabbed on patrol. I took him here and patched up the wound. I told May, she said it was fine for him to stay."

"Stop fucking lying Wade. You hurt him, he's somewhere here and you're gonna tell me where the fuck he is! I tracked his phone, I know he's here." The angry words rolled from his tongue. "He wouldn't have come here if you hadn't forced him!"

"Actually, that's not true dad." Peter said softly, causing Iron Man to spin around absolutely baffled but at the same time relieved, that his son was standing there in front of him, alive and well.

"I told you to stay away from him, Peter." Disappointment fired in his eyes, looking at his son.

"And I didn't listen. Wade makes me happy, so I won't stay away from him." He shrugged, as if it was simple. To him, it was simple.

"What's that?"

"What's what?"

"That fucking thing on your neck!" Tony fled over to Peter, roughly grabbing his neck to get a better look at the vibrant purple bruise on it. "We're going, going right now."

"No, we aren't. You are."

"Peter. He's dangerous."

"I'll become dangerous if you don't get. the FUCK. out of here." The brunette absolutely despised yelling and he hated disrespecting his parents, but he wasn't going to leave Wade.

"He's right Petey. I am dangerous." Wade spoke softly, trying to not make his boyfriend more upset than he already was.

"I don't care! I don't care, I don't care! I know him, he'd never hurt me. Ever."

"Peter Benjamin Parker, we are leaving."

Tony grabbed his song by his shoulders, roughly dragging him towards the door. The brunette didn't have any energy in him to fight it, but he just looked at Wade, desperately. "Please." He mumbled, begging Wade to not let him leave.

The door was slammed shut, and Wade was left there, alone. Alone again, as he always was. He listened for sounds through the door, and he could still vaguely hear Tony yelling.
