A GREEN MARBLE

CHAPTER 19 : HEROES

In the weeks following their return, the members of the Green Marble Alliance were hailed as heroes across the galaxy. They received messages of congratulations from people they had never met and were invited to speak at various events.

As they were preparing for one such event, a message came through from the injured aliens they had helped. They had finally been able to repair their communication system and were eager to thank the Alliance for their kindness.

The Alliance gathered around a communication device, eager to hear from their new friends. The screen flickered to life, and the injured aliens appeared.

"We cannot express our gratitude enough," the alien leader said. "If it weren't for you, we would never have been able to repair our ship and return home. You showed us great kindness, and we will never forget it."

The Alliance members smiled and nodded in appreciation. "We were happy to help," Iha said. "It was the right thing to do."

The alien leader nodded. "We know that you were on a mission to retrieve the green marble, and we are happy to report that we have some information that may be of interest to you."

The Alliance members leaned forward, curious. "What is it?" Flam asked.

The alien leader hesitated, then spoke slowly. "The green marble is not just a valuable artifact," he said. "It is also a key."

"A key?" Ree repeated, incredulous.

The alien nodded. "Yes. It unlocks a portal to a place beyond our understanding. We stumbled upon this knowledge accidentally, and we have been trying to unlock the portal ever since."

The Alliance members exchanged glances, their minds racing with the possibilities. "Do you know where the portal is located?" Kwer asked.

The alien shook his head. "We only know that it exists somewhere in this galaxy. We have been searching for it for centuries, but we have never been able to find it."

The Alliance members fell into a thoughtful silence, each lost in their own thoughts. The green marble had already led them on an incredible journey, and now it seemed that it held even more secrets.

Finally, Flam spoke up. "We will help you find the portal," he said. "It is the least we can do after all that you have done for us."

The alien leader smiled. "We would be honored to have your help."

And so, the Green Marble Alliance set out on another journey, this time in search of a portal beyond their understanding. They had no idea what they would find or where their journey would take them, but they knew that they would face it together, as a team.
