"My lover who became a comet"

I woke up from a dream,
I saw him screaming:
"I love you! Not lying!"
It was 11:11 pm
when his soul
finally left his body.
Wrong timing,
don't leave yet!
"We'll catch more fireflies",
you promised.
My eyes refused
to cry because
it was supposed
to be our golden time.
I looked at my watch,
my heart beats faster
and my eyes get wetter
as time stopped.
I remember our first
meteor shower together,
it was a memorable night
Now, all I can do is to
imagine that you
are the comet
passing through space,
while I am alone
lying in our favorite place.
