Welp I've managed to finally pump out another one.
I'm sure the 3 people here that know about my book or those of you that have stalked my portfolio and seen all of the covers I've done for this book, already tell who this character is. But for those that haven't, this is my main character Asylis.
Trying to make her poster was the hardest, I spent months even before I made the other posters attempting to find stock to do what I wanted because there were a lot of specifics I was looking for. I had a stock photo in mind, but I'm not rich so paying $21 dollars for a single photo that I couldn't even promise would work, was a no.
Which is why I decided to just bite the bullet and use a PNG of Black Widow from the MCU as a base. It fit close to what I needed, wouldn't cost me money, and was extremely high quality, so why not?
These posters are mostly for myself, branching out of just making book covers (in all honesty I kind of don't enjoy making covers as much anymore, but I still love photomanipulation in general), and for fun. They're not made with the intention of any commercial usage.
Anyhoo, even though I feel like I just accomplished a decently sized milestone, this most definitely won't be the last edit of Asylis that I make lmao
