As Pheonix, Dick, Maya, Maya, Pearl, Liz, Lyman, and Irma returned to the courthouse seeing Jon and Miles talking to each other, as soon as Liz saw Jon she hugged him. "Don't worry, Jon, We will help you to prove that you are indeed innocent!" Jon was crushed by the hug, Garfield look disgusted watching the two and looked away. Irma was also glad to see the person she hadn't seen in a while and was worried for. "I can finally put my fears of the terrible things that might have happened to him," she told everyone.

"Are you ready, Edgeworth?" Pheonix asked him, Miles was undoubtedly ready and the two reentered the court with Jon following suit standing on the defendant stand, the Judge was surprised to see the two "I see you two came back quite quickly!" he said surprised at the turn of events "Mr Wright, do you have any evidence that your client Mr Arbuckle is needed not guilty for the murder of Herman Post?" the judge asked him.

"I indeed do, your honour," Pheonix told him showing the bloodied knife, "This was the weapon used to murder Herman Post," he explained presenting the blade to the court, the gallery started talking, and the judge banged his gavel once again. "Mr Wright, may I take this to forensics to study to see if there are any fingerprints?" he asked the ace attorney.

"Of course, your honour," Pheonix replied handing over the knife to the person who approached his desk and took it to forensics, while this was happening Miles decided to bring his list of evidence to the table. "There were tire marks near Mr Arbuckle's home last time I checked with the police, this suggests that there was a vehicle, which could have transported the dead body of Herman Post, It is frankly odd that they would leave a knife in the middle of the lawn, Wright, where did you find it?" he asked him.

"Just by the side of Jon's front yard" Pheonix explained to his colleague, Miles was thrown aback by this response "It was by the side of the front yard?!" he repeated trying to comprehend what his college just said, "That's correct, Edgeworth." Pheonix told him, Miles was thrown even further aback by this reveal "W-What is wrong with the murderer, how and why would they make such a blatant error?!" he exclaimed in frustration at the actual killer behind the crime.

"I am not sure why, Edgeworth, I am pretty sure that they just did that or they made a mistake," Pheonix added, soon the Judge came back with some news. "Mr Wright, the forensics didn't find any fingerprints on the knife, what do you have to say?" The Judge asked him, Pheonix knew something was a little off but he remembered that he had the clown nose from before and so he pulled it out of his pocket and showed it to the Judge.

The Judge was confused at Pheonix's act but he decided to ask him "Mr Wright, why do you have a clown nose with you?" he asked him, Miles decided to make a little comment in his head just for fun ("That resembles Wright's competence in court, your honour.") he thought. Pheonix explained why he was holding the clown nose "Your honour, this is the definitive evidence of the actual defendant behind the murder of Herman Post." he exclaimed, "The defence would like for Irma to stand for the witness testimony!" he added.

Irma stood forward, the Judge and Miles didn't initially recognise her but they then soon realised after Jon told the two who Irma was. "Umm do you have a family name?" Miles asked her "Oh, I have one but feel free to call me Irma." she told the two. "Irma, could you please explain your testimony to the court?" Pheonix asked her "Of course." Irma replied.

"I was awoken last night by a light and some noise from outside my home, my home is quite close to my business if you are wondering... anyways I saw a van outside of my home headed for Jon's house, I initially thought that Jon was doing some late night renovations there was no branding on it." she took a deep breath to continue.

"It soon dawned on me that the van was for something more sinister, I soon saw a person carrying a body and it seemed its nose fell off and it seemed like it didn't care," she said before Miles interrupted her. "So you are saying that this clown nose was really from the actual defendant?!" Edgeworth reiterated taking note of what Pheonix told him "Yes" Irma also confirmed.
