"Celeste, may you come here for a second?" My boss, Kyle, who I'm very much not fond of asked me peeking his head into my office.
I gave a polite nod, tucking away my journal in my drawer before standing up to assist his needs. I closed my office door and followed behind him.
"Yes Mr. Smith?" I questioned lightly as he kept his hands placed behind him as he continued to walk towards his office.
He abruptly stopped making me come to a unsudden halt, saving myself from hitting him straight in the back.
He turned on his heels now facing me, "I want you on an important task." He finally spoke and I tilted my head hoping to get more information.
"What's the task about?" I asked and he sucked in a breath. "Well, I'm pretty sure you are familiar with the billionaire, Sante?" Kyle asked and I gave a hum while looking up eventually biting my lip from thinking hard.
"I'm not to sure on who this Sante is." I informed Kyle and his face dropped before he gave a loud sigh as if he was disappointed in my answer.
"I'm sorry sir but-"
"Sante is the well known billionaire around Boston and Dubai and you're telling me you haven't heard of him?" Kyle asked again and I gave a hum before shaking my head no.
He gave a deadpanned look before rubbing his temple, "alright." He sighed letting out a deep huff.
"Well, now you have two task to complete. One, get to know who Sante is. Two, you'll be assigned to investigate his secret life. Social media isn't showing anything, he's currently off every social media." Kyle informed me and I gave a slight nod still slightly confused.
"And how is this important?" I asked him and he gave another sigh, "and why do we need to bother this man's personal peace?" I added and he placed his hand in my face instantly silencing me.
He's so lucky he's my boss or that hand would have been up his ass-
"It's important because everyone loves Sante. However, people have been asking for more of him. Your job is to fly to Dubai and find some info on him, got it?" Kyle asked and I gave a nod before he gave a tight lipped smile before entering his office and closing it behind him.
