Chapter 3

Kiri's Pov

"Kiri! Kiri!" I heard a tiny voice call to me, I woke up from my deep sleep to Tuk shaking me and My mother laughing.

"We have lessons! Get up, lazy!" Tuk says before leaving me alone on my mat, I groan and get up, I look over to my mother and father who are getting ready for the day.

I see Lo'ak's Mat empty and Neteyam's held him, Awake and well.

"Neteyam." I groaned I my groggy voice.

"Yes, Kitty?" He said, Calling me by the old nickname.

"When are the lessons?" I asked, rubbing my eyes.

"Soon." He answered, humming.

"How soon?" I asked.

"Quite soon, so get up." He said, jumping up from his Mat.

"Yea, yea." I said, getting up from my Mat to see Tuk running outside.

"Neteyam?" I asked, Seeing my brother also run outside.

"Let's go slow poke! Lo'ak is already there!" He called from outside, I ran outside to catch up.

I Bet Neteyam and I almost bet tuk. Even though she's short she's still hella fast!

Neteyam panted and I chuckled, looking at my big brother.

"Good game Kitty." He said, I hummed in response and I gentley grabbed Tuk's hand.

"Let's go sister." I said, We both put our feet in the water, I saw Tsireya and my brother talking.

I rolled my eyes and I turned around to see Ao'nung and my Older brother talking, Well.. For some reason Neteyam was.. Scolding him? What happened?

Neteyam's POV

Slight Flash back~

"Kiri- oh my.." I said before I felt someone touching the soft bit of my tail.

I whimpered and I spun around.

"You!" I hissed, Ao'nung stepped back.

"What?" he asked.

"Don't act dumb!" I said, I was sure that my face was a much darker blue than usual.

"I actually don't know what I did wrong." He said.

"Na'vi Tails, Especially Forest Na'vi tails are very sensitive to touch." I said, turning around and crossing my arms.

He grabbed my tail and I yelped.

"Stop!" I hissed, he chuckled and I hit him on the shoulder.

"Ow!" He groaned.

"Do it again and I'll rip your eyes out!" I threatened him and he frowned.

"Hey, are we gonna practice swimming or what?" Kiri asked, walking up to us, Tuk following.

"Yep, sorry Kiri." I apologized, Glaring at Ao'nung before walking away.

Ao'nung's Pov

Neteyam walked away and I shivered. Damn. He can be scary when mad.
I walked towards the Water, where my sister and Lo'ak where, I didn't like my Sister being around someone like him.
I snapped out of my trance when Tsireya came towards me and explained what we would be doing, I nodded and she went to the others, I walked beside her, Roxto joined us a few seconds later.

"We will be practicing your diving, I know this is different from what you are used to doing, But you will learn." She said, smiling at the Sullys.

"Anyways, Kiri you and Tuk can go with  Roxto," She said, Pointing at Roxto. "Lo'ak you can go with me." She said, Smiling, Oh wait.. Does that mean I'm going with-? "And Neteyam you can go with Ao'nung." She said, Looking at me, me and Neteyam were glaring at each other.

"Uh.." She said chuckling awkwardly, "Let's start."

"Kiri, Let's go. Come Tuk."

"Cya brother." Kiri said, Grabbing Tuks hand and waving.

"Well?" I said to Neteyam.

"Hi." He said bitterly.

"Let's begin the lessons. Finish them quickly." I told him, He nodded.

I jumped into the water, the refreshing coldness greeted my body.

"SPLASH!" The cold water splashed on my face as Neteyam jumped in, he shook his head and stood up straight.

"You splashed me." I growled, He smiled.

"Good. Let's get this over with, teach me how to dive." He said, I emerged myself into the water and pulled him down with me.

A gulping noise was made as he was fully submerged in the cold water.

He nodded to me, I started to swim,We were soon in deeper water and he soon was left behind, I rolled my eyes.

I signed out to tsiryea when I saw her, 'He's useless at swimming.'

'Stop. He's learning. Go back to him.' She signed back, I growled, making bubbles emerge from my mouth.

Neteyam wasn't too far away from me so it took a few seconds to get to him.

He looked at me and then swam to the surface.

He panted and I shook my head.

Rotxo and Tuk emerged from the water,  Tuk panted and Roxto shrugged.

Lo'ak and Tsiryea followed, Tsiryea breathed slowly, Lo'ak breathed heavily.

"We don't understand your finger talk." Neteyam informed us, making his three fingers do random motions, Lo'ak copied with his four.

"I will teach you." Tsiryea told them, she glanced at lo'ak.

"You all need to get better at diving.. Might be good at diving through trees but.." Roxto laughed at my comment, quieting after Tsiryea hit me in the head.

I glared at her. Neteyam and Lo'ak both smiled.

"We should practice your diving another time.. Let's practice on your breathing tomorrow. Come Tuk." She said, Guiding the smallest Sully to the shore.

"Kitty.. Where is kitty?" Roxto asked, I looked around and realized the oldest girl was gone.

"You mean Kiri? Wait. Where is Kiri?!" Neteyam said in a panic, I chuckled slightly, he paid me no mind and took a big breath and dived under water, Searching for his younger sister.

-Kiri was soon found, Neteyam took her back to the surface and made she was okay before scolding her.-
