Subhadra- The Love Of Arjuna's life

Kalawan defeated and something else...

Scene - Arjun, Subhadra and Krishna are in a forest.

Krishna - Let's take a break. I'll go gather fruits. The army must be tired.

He goes and collects fruits. Subhadra looks at Arjun and frowns. He was lost somewhere. She gets a mischievous grin which usually possesed Krishna's mouth and goes near Arjun's ear.

Subhadra  (yells in his ear) ARJUN !!!!

Arjun -  AAAAHHH! In my ear Subhadra ? Really ?

Subhadra - Yes. I just wanted to tell you that I want to drink water and I'll go search for a stream nearby. The army will also need water, if not you (smirks)

She goes. Just about a couple of minutes later, he hears her scream.

Subhadra (faraway) - Arjun !

Arjun POV

My heart literally stopped. I had so many questions. Where is she ? Is she in trouble ? Why is she so beautiful ? Wait what ? Focus Arjun ! She's in trouble ! I rushed out of the camp, hearing her scream . I came to a clearing, where I saw her completely fine, engrossed in a discussion with an ugly monster.

Subhadra - That's not scary ! You should try to grow your nails longer, maybe dye your hair and, you know, explore different styles. Because THAT (pointing at Kalyawan)is not scary. Actually terrible makeup. Put on a thick layer of kohl and try tiger skin outfits. They're really trendy. Perfect for ugly monsters-to-be. I don't care about fashion, but that's all my friends talk about. Try my tips and come later to TRY to scare me.

Kalyawan -  Stop it you stupid girl ! I will eat you up ! Call your cowardly brata !

Subhadra (looking bored) - You know I can defeat you in a second

Kalyawan - Ha ! Never ! I have a boon that no weapon can kill me ! Not even your arrows can kill me princeling ! (Last sentence talking to Arjun)

Subhadra (talks to Arjun in his mind) -  Ignore that guy. There is nothing you can do. He cannot be killed by any weapon in this world. 

Arjun (to Subhadra in his mind) -  Wait. How can you talk to me in my mind ?

Subhadra (in mind ) -  Brata says something about only true love can talk to each other by telepathy and all . You choose to talk with them . You can still have your regular thoughts(shrugging)

Arjun (talking to himself) - True love ! People say Madhav never lies about stuff like that ! But why doesn't she care ? Am I that bad ? Maybe, time will tell.

Meanwhile, Kalyawan is unaware of all those happenings. He looks back and forth noting the constantly changing expressions of Arjun and Subhadra and is getting angry .

Kalyawan -  So what now little girl ? How will you defeat me ?

Subhadra -  Seriously, you asuras need to stop asking for these dumb boons. Just because you can't be killed by any weapon, doesn't mean you won't die. I mean, I could kill you by hand, wrestling. But brata has already killed mamashree by that way. Wouldn't want mamashree's dear friend to die the same way . Something painful. Like fire. Or maybe you could get a disease . See ? Endless options , with painful death guaranteed. I could even hang you. But whats the fun in that ?

At that moment Krishna came and Kalyawan went behind him, with an intent of killing him.

WE ALL KNOW NOW WHAT HAPPENS. SO INTEAD, I WILL SHOW WHAT HAPPENS WITH OUR ARJUN AND SUBHADRA.

Arjun (watching the both go) - How did you do that ?

Subhadra -  Kalyawan is destined to die by a sage's anger.

Arjun - Which sage ?

Subhadra - My dear Parth, do you know the great king Muchukunda ?

Arjun -  He is the one who was the temporary commander in chief for the gods during the war against the asuras right?

Subhadra - Yes. After the war, he wanted rest and he was granted that, along with a boon that whoever would disturb his sleep will he burned down the fiery gaze of the sage.

Arjun -  So Kalyawan...................(says Arjun, as realization struck him)

Subhadra - I guess you aren't that dumb

Arjun - *sighs* Hey about that mind teleportation thing....

Subhadra -  Yeah it's pretty cool. Like I said, brata says that only soulmates can talk like that and no one else. Sometimes brata talks to me with telepathy, but he's the only exception. Only brata can talk with telepathy with anyone. Because he is Narayan

Arjun -  And I'm lucky to have him as a friend.

Subhadra - And me a brother.

Both laugh. Krishna comes and they all continue with their journey.

ZEE NEXT DAY

They are near the gates of Dwarka.

Krishna -  Arjun, would you like to accompany me to the neighboring kingdom ?

Arjun (glances at Subhadra, who is pouting, sadness evident on her face)

Krishna - Don't worry Subhadra ! I'll bring him back, soon.

Subhadra - Are you going to................ Oh no you don't ! At least leave your dear friend brata !

Arjun - What are you talking about ?

Subhadra - You know what brata ?I'm going to quote Dau.

Krishna makes a scared face while Subhadra clears her throat.

Subhadra "Do whatever you want Kanha, just leave me out of it. I have no interest to be a part of your leelas".

Krishna - I'm still taking him dear sister.

Subhadra -  Whatever. Just bring him back in one piece. No legs. hands or heads missing.

AND THEY SHOULD BE IN THE SAME PLACE THEY ARE RIGHT NOW ! NO HANDS IN THE PLACE OF LEGS OR EYES IN THE PLACE OF NOSE !

Krishna - Humph . Fine. That reduces the fun. You're lucky she's specified she wants you back exactly the way you are right now. Otherwise you would have REAL fun. Okay dear sister. I agree to your terms.

Subhadra (with a grin ) -  Now go bring me my sister brata (teasing) You don't know the teasing YOU have to go through. I'LL show rajkumar Arjun what REAL fun is . Bye !

Arjun -  I'm still confused

Krishna -  It's okay Parth. Come. I'll show you Vidharbha.
