Misunderstanding

Promises

After a long shower she came out in pink shorts and a long tee shirt with a baguette on it. As she was walking to the living room she noticed melody putting her arm on chat's chest while his head is spaced between her head..with his arms wrapped around her sleeping slowly in and out.. she smiled.. she went into the small kitchen bending down reaching for the isopropyl alcohol. She got back up, walked back to the bathroom.. opened the small cabinet beside her.. took out a white cotton ball.. but then she thought of melody so she took the bandages as well. As she was walking out.. she also noticed the mess from earlier. With the macaroni the chair flipped and the vomit on the floor all gone...her kitty must have cleaned it for her. It did smell nice after all. She Walked over to the couch and took melody's hand carefully.. Chat woke up slowly to see Marinette trying to put isopropyl alcohol on a small cotton ball. She looked up to him, "Oh chat I'm so sorry.." she whispered. "It's okay No worries." He replied in a whisper.

She smoothly starts touching the cotton balls against her red wrist.. after that she wraps her wrist in white bandages..then cuts it with the green scissors.. so she put a small little pin on the bandage. "Are you hurt..?" She whispered softly he shook his head. "Thanks for helping me around the house kitty.." he nods with a small smile.. "Uh Milady you did you see your eye?.." "yeah I know he gave me a black eye."Melody started whining a bit.. they both looked at her.. as she slowly open her eyes, "Ow.." she spoke as she got up. "What's this.?" She looked at the white bandage tilting her head in confusion.. "That helps you where it hurts." Marinette pointed as she sat next to her. Her stomach rumbled.. "Do you want to give eating another try?" She looked at her bandages wrist then turned to Marinette with a smile as she nodded. Melody got off the couch and ran to the kitchen with Marinette walking behind her.

As they arrive, Marinette lifts her up back in her boost chair.. Marinette took the macaroni from the fridge and heat it up in the microwave. She blew a kiss to her. Melody giggled with a smile. When the microwave beep, Marinette took it out and served it in front of her.. she smiled. Melody took the spoon but dropped it. Forming her hand into a fist. "What's wrong?" "It's hurts mama!" "What hurts my love?" "The white thing can you remove please?" "If you want to feel better I can't." "Please.!!!" "No I'm sorry sweetheart." Her face fell. Marinette grabbed the grey silver spoon, took a scoop of the cheesy macaroni. "Here comes the airplane..." her face immediately lit up with a smile. "It's coming in for a landing!" "Shooom!"'she spoke as she slowly fed Melody. She started chewing on the macaroni with a smile eating it. Chat looked over to Marinette as she fed the small brunette. He got up, ran and jumped over the small counter which startled Marinette "If you eat all of your food! I'll take you all out for icecream!" Marinette gave him a warm smile as for Melody jumping up and down on her little seat. "Really?!" "Yes every word." "Okay minou!"

"Chat did you already you know? Go de-transform?" "Yes I did." "I like this food mama!" "Really?." "Yeah!" "Why thank you melody!" She spoke with a smile feeling proud.. "This was my first time cooking actually.." she turned to chat. "Your kidding right?" He responded folding his arms."No seriously it is I looked up online. I hope you like your food too." "Mine..?" The oven beeped. She puts the grey spoon down.. As Marinette puts the oven glove on, Melody tries to reach for the grey spoon. Chat noticed what she's doing. "Ow..owie...ow..." she spoke softly trying to reach it. Chat picked the silver spoon. "And what is the sneaky little kitten doing?" "Can you give it to me that? I really want icecream." Chat knitted his eyebrows together with a smile. "Can I give you an airplane?" She nods. As he gets a scoop of the cheesy macaroni Marinette pulls out chicken broccoli casserole and places it on top of the stove. The smell of the casserole that sweet smell.. he felt like when he was a kid again..his mother cooking for him... "So do you like-?" He started to cry with a smile.. Marinette started reminding him as his mother.. "Yes I love it so much! I love you so much M'l..- Sweetheart!" Melody started chocking for the spoon was stuck in her throat. Chat quickly took out the spoon out of her mouth. She kept coughing. Marinette rushed over to her patting her back. "You alright?" She nodded while still trying to take deep breaths but still coughing.. then she stopped coughing.

"I'm okay." "Good now let's dive in." Marinette spoke as she went to the pantry and collected plates. His baton made a notification... he checked it. "Oh right I have patrol. With scarabella." "Alright be back soon." "I will don't worry!" He spoke as he kissed melody on her head. Then walking over to Marinette and kissed her on the lips. "I promise I'll be back to buy you guys icecream." He spoke as he was running to the clear slide door.
