♣ . . . 'appa?'

Anurak was in the middle of a live, casually answering comments and talking about random topics to fill the silence mostly. 

He had gone home for a few days to see his siblings and after being away so long it was definitely a lasting and drawn-out reunion. Anurak loved every minute of it though and had missed the three dearly like he always did when he was away.

Sumatra had been thinking about following in his older brother's footsteps and auditioning for one of the companies, he had a great voice and had been dancing in school for a while so it would be difficult to see him being turned down. Both Kwanchai and Davika thought about it as well but Anurak had told the girl she was too young and Kwanchai had to do better with his grades before he tried.

Anurak was looking through some of the lyrics he had written down - something he does whenever something interesting pops into his head - when the door opened and his baby sister peered in.

"Appa?" She whined, bouncing on her feet as if to make herself more visible.

Anurak looked up for a moment before turning his attention back to the papers in his hands. "Yes, princess?" 

"I'm hungry." 

Anurak hummed, unaware of the comments going wild asking who he was talking to, why she was calling him her father and some saying how cute the whole thing was. He was even receiving some messages from his members, all shocked.

"I'm a little busy right now, honey. Why don't you ask your brother?"

The comments only came in quicker with most being in caps locks with lots of questions and exclamation marks.

"He's still not home." Davika pouted.

Anurak sighed. "And your other brother?"

The phone was blowing up with calls and the app was slowly crashing with all the drama.

"Nope. I think he's out with his boyfriend."

"He has a boyfriend?" Anurak frowned, trying to recall if the boy had told him. 

Davika shrugged. "I don't know but he does blush and stutter every time he comes over." She giggled childishly, fiddling with the stuffed animal held to her chest.

"Okay," He realised something, "We're embarrassing your brother in front of... so many people." He turned to the camera. "I'll be back in a minute, guys."

Anurak had a gut feeling he had just caused a lot of surprises for his fans and the members of his group that were watching - or all of them considering they would be yelling at one another over the phone by then. It was going to be more amusing to get back to it.

And it was. 

As soon as he sat down his phone buzzed with another incoming call, his live seemingly gone down due to a glitch, and he answered it.

"Hello?"

"Hyung?!" It was Chan who was calling but it sounded like there were more people on the other end. "Why didn't you tell us?! You have three kids?!"

"Uh..."

"We have a family together and I only just found out?!" Chan yelled and despite it sounding very dramatic Anurak could hear the slight betrayal in his voice. 

"Chan-"

"How could you not tell us you have a whole family back home?!" Hyunjin cut in. "Three kids and what, a wife too?" He was a lot angrier than their leader seemed to be and Anurak was slightly terrified.

"Guys calm down."

"Do not tell me to calm down, Anurak!" Hyunjin shouted, followed by exclaims of agreement from everyone else.

Anurak let out a heavy sigh and rolled his eyes. "Give me a minute."

Knowing it would get him in a load more trouble, Anurak hung up on them and set his phone back up so he could go live once again. Perhaps clearing things up would get him off the hot seat with his members, or they would only think about how he decided to keep it from them. He will just have to find out.

"Hi again, everyone." He waved tiredly at the camera, hundreds of comments already pouring in. Anurak sighed again. "Look, I wanted to clear things up, okay? I'm not actually a father and that girl you heard? She's not actually my daughter."

But she called you Appa ??!!

He's lying to us again!

I always knew TRUTH would have a secret family

Props to him for keeping it so well hidden

"She's my baby sister..." Anurak scratched the back of his head. 

I'm confused.

What kind of family dynamic...

Weird but go on

Anurak huffed. "I raised her due to some... complicated circumstances and, yes, she knows I'm her brother but it's become a habit for her to call me that so we just rolled with it." He shrugged.

That's so cute!!!

Either way, TRUTH is a dad!

"So... that's it. Goodbye." 

As he expected, as soon as he turned off the live, Chan rang him back and he was quick to answer before he was in any more trouble.

"That doesn't excuse you from the betrayal we feel!"

Anurak groaned internally.
