1| Confession (HXH, KilluGon)

  This took me about 2 days to write, but an extra 3 days to type (bc I have no time).  This is technically my 4th story, but I haven't published any of the other ones (and I don't plan to). I take requests/suggestions. If you comment a question about something, I am more than likely going to respond. :)

  "Ne Killua, why are you so pretty?"

  "Baka! Don't say stuff like that, it's embarrassing." Killua said with a slight blush appearing on his cheeks. Recently Killua has been thinking about confessing his feelings to Gon. But every time he got the chance he backed out. Killua was too scared to receive Gon's response.

  "Ne Killua, what do you think about visiting my mom for a few weeks? I bet she wouldn't mind." Gon said, breaking the silence between the two.

  "It would be nice to have a change of scenery, and Aunt Mito is pretty nice so your right, I'm sure she wouldn't mind," Killua said, getting up off of the couch. This is my chance! Killua thought. He thought this would be the perfect time to confess. Killua knew there was a nice pretty waterfall near Gon's house. That's where I'll confess. He thought.

  After a few more minutes of Gon talking over the phone to Aunt Mito, they decided they would leave for Whale Island the next day.

  Killua and Gon were arriving at Whale Island. Until recently Killua noticed that Gon has been feeling a little homesick. He thought this would be a good trip to get his mind off of things.

  While walking to Aunt Mito's house, Gon asked Killua a question.

  "Ne Killua, do you have feelings for anyone?"

  Killua didn't have an answer for that. How could he?! One wrong answer could end their friendship.

  He did have a crush on Gon, but he can't just say that. In this situation saying "yes", is just like saying "yes but not you". And Killua just couldn't say that.

  So Killua decided on saying, "I don't know".

  "Oh...ok". If you weren't looking at Gon's face (which Killua wasn't) you wouldn't be able to see the shocked and heartbroken expression on Gon's face. It faded as quickly as it had come.

  "What about you?"

  "What?"

  "Do you have feelings for anyone?" Killua asked.

  "There is someone, but I don't think he likes me back..."

  "He?"

  "You think it's weird don't you?" Gon asked with a sad tone but a straight face.

  "No it's fine, Illumi is gay." Killua said leaving out the part that he was also gay.

  "Wait really?! Who is his partner?"

  "Hisoka."

  "Kinda expected. So you're fine with me being gay?" Gon asked Killua with a curious expression on his face.

  "Yep, nothing wrong with it. Alluka is actually transgender-"

  "BOYS STOP TALKING AND HURRY UP INTO THE HOUSE. THE FOOD IS GETTING COLD!!!!!" Aunt Mito yelled from the front porch.

  While Gon and Killua ate they mostly talked about their friends Kurapika and Leorio. "Hey Killua, do you want to go to the waterfall with me around sunset? It looks really pretty and I would love to take you." Gon said.

  "Sure I would love to go with you," Killua replied. One not noticing the other, blush appeared on both their faces.

  "Sips- Gon, can you go brew some more tea for me." Aunt Mito said, looking at Gon.

  As Gon walked away Aunt Mito said, "You better not break his heart." And she left it like that. What does she even mean by that?? Killua thought as he stared at Gon while he was brewing tea.

  After Gon got back, and both boys finished their dinner. They headed out to go to the waterfall, Gon leading the way.

  When they arrived (after a few minutes of walking), Gon pulled a bouquet out of his pocket (where's that come from?) and face Killua. Face as red as a tomato.

  "I...uh..." Gon stuttered before continuing. "Ne Killua, I love you! Like a lot! I love everything you do! I like your hair and the way it flows in the wind. I like your dark blue eyes and the way they blend in with the ocean. I like your lips, the way they move when you talk. I like the way you care for your siblings and anyone you care for. I like the way you look when you are happy!!! Ne Killua, even if you don't like me back I just want to let you know that I will love you forever!!! Ne Killua, will you go out with me!!!!!!" Gon said looking redder than blood, Killua would know.

  "I...I" Killua tried to say something, but all that came out was stutters. No words could express how happy Killua was feeling.

  Before Killua even knew what he was doing, he kissed Gon.

  Their lips crashed together. White hair brushing up against the Blackish-Green hair. It didn't take long for them to fall to the ground. Their lips still in contact with each other. Eventually, they had to break apart for air. Damn air, Killua thought.

  After staring into each other's eyes for a few moments Killua said, "I love you too".

  OMFG I finished it!!! Please give me feedback, I really want to know what my readers think of this! While reading this over and over again, I realized it felt so short. So I plan to make my future one-shots longer, around 2000-3000 words.
