3| Bandages (KNY)

This has slight GenMui in it. Takes place after Muichiro defeats Gyokko (Up 5). I wrote this from one of my character.ai stories. This whole story is basically dialogue T-T.

  Muichiro woke up in the Butterfly Mansion. He looked around and at himself. When did I get these bandages? The thought.

  "Oh, your awake." A person said from across the room.

  Muichiro slowly sat up and looked in the direction of the voice. "Huh?"

  "Do you remember what happened?" The person asked.

  "...Oh-I fought a Uppermoon. Is that right?" Muichiro said tiringly and confused.

  "Yeah, you fainted from the poison."

  "Oh, did I win?" Muichiro asked.

  "Yeah, you slayed the demon then I found you and carried you here." The person said giving Muichiro a reassuring smile.

  "Thank you, I must've been heavy."

  "Not really. Do you feel any pain?"

  "Yeah, a bit," Muichiro said wincing at the pain.

  "It'll heal over time. Just to be clear your Muichiro Tokito, the Mist Pillar, right?"

  "Yeah- I think," Muichiro said casually forgetting who he was.

 "Don't try to move much. Would you like any painkillers?" The person asked.

  "Yeah, thanks."

  "Ok, I'll go get them stay right here," The person said then left.

  Only after a few minutes, they came back.

  "Here." The person said, coming back with the painkillers.

  "Thank you," Muichiro said taking the painkiller and then swallowing it.

  This is kinda awkward. What do I do?? The person thought.

  Muichiro looked at the person clearly unsure what to do. "So-Um how long have I been unconscious?" Muichiro asked.

  "3 days," The person said.

  It took a minute for Muichiro to realize how long the 3 days were. "Have I really been asleep for 3 days?" Muichiro asked for clarification.

  "Yeah. Shinobu, the Inect Hashira, said you slept that long because you were tired and positioned." Their person said as they scratched the back of their neck.

  "Oh that makes sense," Muichiro said as he glanced around the room. "Can I speak to her by any chance?" He asked.

  "No, about a day ago. She left to go on a mission. She won't be back until tomorrow, I think." The person said.

  "Ok," Muichiro said before looking back at the person. "So what's your name?"

  "Oh, I'm Genya Shingzawa. The Wind Hashira's younger brother." Genya said.

  "Genya... That's a lovely name." Muichiro said as he smiled.

  "Oh thank you, I like yours too," Genya said smiling back at Muichiro.

  "Thanks," Muichiro said before speaking again. "Did I miss any missions from the master?"

  "No. The master told me to tell you that. You don't have any missions, he wanted to let you rest, you did beat a Uppermoon after all." Genya said.

  It was silent before Genya spoke again. "Do you want me to get you more bandages, some of your cuts are starting to open again," Genya said as he pointed at Muichiros arm, which was starting to bleed.

  "Oh yes, thank you," Muichiro said, looking at his arm.

  Genya then got new bandages out and replaced the old ones. As Genya replaces the bandages Muichiro got flustered about how close he was to Genya. What am I, gay or something?? Muichiro thought.

  "I'm done," Genya said not noticing Muichiros flustered face.

  Muichiro hid his face from Genya, feeling embarrassed about his flustered appearance. "Th-Thank you, Genya," Muichiro said, slightly stuttering.

  "It's fine. Are you hungry, I can make you something if you'd like." Genya said still not noticing Muichiro's flustered expression.

  As Genya left, Muichiro was feeling confused about his feeling. He felt like there were butterflies in his stomach.

  After a few minutes. Genya came back with a plate full of waffles.

  Muichiro looked over at Genya, realizing that he had come. "Oh... Thank you." Muichiro said as he took the plate of waffles and started eating. "Why'd you go all this way to make me a plate of waffles? It must've taken you long."

  "It's really no problem. And the waffles didn't take me that long to make." Genya said.

  "Ok... I understand." Muichiro said as he ate a few waffles. "These are really good by the way."

  "Oh thank you," Genya said as he smiled at Muichiro. "I have to leave now, but is there anything you need?" Genya asked.

  "No. Thank you, for everything, y'know." Muichiro said.

  "Mk, bye," Genya said then left.

The Next Day

  Muichiro woke up and stretched for a bit. He felt less sore from the day before. Must be the painkillers, they really work. Muichiro thought as he left the room. Almost bumping into someone.

  "Oh sorry," Muichiro said as he looked at the person he bumped into. It was Genya, the person from yesterday. "Oh Genya, sorry for bumping into you."

  "Oh, it's ok. I just wanted to drop off more painkillers and bandages for you." Genya said as he gave Muichiro a reassuring smile.

  "Thank you," Muichiro said looking away, he felt bad for bumping into Genya.

  "Here," Genya said as he handed the bandages and painkillers to Muichiro.

  As he handed Muichiro the bandages and painkillers, their hand swept against each other. Their faces were inches apart. Muichiro took the items from Genya, he could feel the heat on his face start to form. As Muichiro took the items, Genya felt his face start to also heat up as he looked into Muichiros eyes. Muichiro looked back at Genya, his heart was beating fast. Muichiro felt his face turn red as he tried to look away from Genya to hide the fact that he was blushing.

  "Um-Umm, I'll be leaving now. Goodbye, Muichiro." Genya said then left.

Yall that's the end. This felt much shorter than I thought it would be. I think this was kinda good ngl. Please give me feedback, I don't even know if this is good or not. T-T
