The second year students at UA High School are eager to prove themselves as potential heroes, but they often find themselves overshadowed by their senior counterparts, class 3-A including Izuku Midoriya. However, they soon find themselves thrust into the spotlight when a new villain organization starts to make its presence known.

At first, the juniors are only peripherally involved in the investigation into the villains, tasked with gathering information and reporting back to their teachers and the pro heroes. However, as the stakes grow higher and the senior students become increasingly occupied with their own battles, the juniors find themselves on the front lines of the conflict.

As they work to unravel the villain organization's plans, the juniors will face their own unique challenges. They'll have to balance their hero training with their schoolwork and social lives, all while dealing with the stress and danger of fighting against powerful villains. And as they face these challenges, they'll also have to grapple with their own insecurities and doubts, wondering if they're truly cut out to be heroes.

But with the help of their teachers, pro heroes, and each other, the juniors will slowly start to gain confidence and develop their own unique hero styles. They'll make new allies, uncover surprising truths about the villains, and eventually come face-to-face with the organization's leader. And in the end, they'll have to use all their skills and courage to save the day and prove themselves as true heroes.

The junior students managed to identify the villains of this new organization. Blackout, a villain with the ability to manipulate any electrical technology. She works alongside The Illusionist and Puppetmaster. The Illusionist creates powerful and realistic illusions that easily mess with the victims mind and psyche. Puppetmaster, the leader of the newly formed organization, can control the movements of anyone he pleases although only one at a time. He has the most sadistic personality and enjoys forcing people to perform humiliating and even lethal acts.

This research is almost entirely thanks to Wren Lorelei who used his stuffed animals in order to sneak into the villain's territory and gain information. However, these aren't the only villains there. There's still a lot to uncover for the high school students.

On the roster, there's Mariko. A confident and outgoing girl with the ability to communicate with anyone and anything underwater with her. Her quirk is called Underwater Telepathy. She is eager to prove herself as a hero and often takes charge in group situations. Hiro is a shy and introverted boy who has the quirk Tremor Sense which lets him sense vibrations in the ground allowing him to locate enemies and even hidden objects. He struggles with anxiety and often finds it difficult to assert himself, but is fiercely loyal to his friends. Emi is a bubbly and energetic girl who goes against gravity. She loves spending time outdoors and often brings her animal friends with her to school. Kenji is a stoic and serious boy with the ability to control metal. He takes his hero training very seriously and often comes across as aloof or distant. Aiko is a confident and charismatic girl with the ability to create illusions. She is popular among her classmates and often uses her powers to entertain or impress others.

Toshiro is a hot-headed and impulsive boy with a strong enchanting quirk. He is quick to anger and often gets into arguments with others, but has a strong sense of justice and a desire to protect others. Then there's Akria who's a quiet and reserved girl with the ability to turn into shadows. She struggles with anxiety and often avoids drawing attention to herself. She's amazing at baking! Ryota, a laid-back and easygoing boy with the ability to create powerful wind shields and lightly manipulate winds. He loves to relax and often takes naps during breaks between classes.

Then there's Vitali Ramirez. His quirk, called Fright, allows him to turn into an embodiment of someone's worst fear upon touch. He has all the attributes and abilities belonging to this form. For example, if he were to touch someone with arachnophobia, he would be able to crawl on walls, as well as produce venom and silk. The stronger the target's fear, the stronger the resulting transformation. Vitali is a reserved and introverted individual who often keeps to himself. He is quiet and withdrawn, preferring to observe rather than engage in social situations. This can make him seem cold or distant to those who don't know him well.
