I felt my phone vibrate in my back pocket. I couldn't reach it due to all the boxes I was carrying. I was moving into my apartment that I shared with my boyfriend from High School. We were freshmen in college meaning we are going to party out first years away and study hard the rest. I finally made it to my apartment but realized my keys were in my pocket. I kicked on the door and didn't get an answer of course he would be sleeping at a time like this. I put down the boxes and he opened the door.
"Why didn't you knock baby?" He said kissing my cheek
"I did I kicked the door but you didn't answer." I said kicking the boxes inside the apartment I walked inside sitting down on the boxes I rubbed my stomach feeling the agony of skipping breakfast and moving in the same day.

I looked at my phone remembering it vibrated early I opened my messages seeing it was from an unknown number

I put my phone in my pocket ignoring the messages it was definitely someone from Anchor Beach playing a prank on me. After the whole incident Emma's friends continued playing pranks after graduation which resulted in Texting and Calling my phone but it didn't bother me. I had Jesus and Mariana and The Foster's that all I needed by my side. Jesus walked in carrying more boxes sitting them down in out now spacious living room and he phone rung
"My phone has been blowing up all morning since we've been moving." He said trying to catch his breath

"Hello?"
I paused I hear nothing on the other end
"Hello???" I answered again but got not reply I put the phone down but heard a noise as I was about to hang up
"Hello, is someone there?" I asked again
"Did you miss me Carter? I see you and Jesus are doing well. I just call to let you know I'm not done with you if I can't have Jesus neither can you."
The phone clicked the person hung up could it be Emma no her voice sounded different more mature I knew one think for sure whoever it was they knew me and Jesus was together and they we were enrolled here
