we may not know what self care really is,

but when we really push ourselves to it, we can reach a state in which we feel good. we feel free.

we don't always need to be occupied. sometimes sitting down, just sitting, makes you feel recharged and free.

we get lost in our thoughts most of the time, it can be beautiful and terrifying. our own minds manipulate us.

but when you take the time to appreciate life itself, present life, things seem, brighter. There even might be a way out of this dark abyss. there always is.

we tend to walk fast while in a rush, but know there Is 24 hours. you have all the time in the world and yet you still rush, why?

we tend to think about years ahead of our time, why?

why do we rush things?

when we can take the time reflect on ones self. that is what self care is, taking time out of your day to just think, not behind or ahead, just of now.

regrets may take a toll on you, but it shouldn't stop you from present day.

we have such little time on this earth.

we should make the most of it.

take it easy

reflect.

recharge.

until a new day starts

to do the exact same.
