Hatred

Ram Yukio meditated inside of her temple of Hatred underneath the Gasai Family Hotel, knowing that Jackie would arrive soon. It was always believed that the "Lost Tomb" of Sakurami City originally belonged to the Joestar Bloodline, but the true owner was none other than Ram Yukio, the witch of Hatred. She knew that her sister was killed, and turned into a doll by Emilia and Ryuzu Saika, but she did not want to fight. She was tired of being forced to endure so much trauma and injury. She just wanted to rest. She heard the sound of Frieza's ship landing on the ground near the hotel, but she was not distracted from her meditation. "Ram. I have something that you might want to see." Ram groaned as she stood up, before she saw that Jackie was holding the soulless body of Harmony Swan in her arms. "I take it that Zamasu is dead then? That is good news. Place her body on the table over there. I sensed that you fought against my sister in Lagunica. What happened?" Ram gave Jackie some coffee while she prepared to hear what Jackie was going to say about her fight with Rem. "She was completely devoid of any emotion. First she sent Aria through a portal to the royal capital, and then she went after me and Subaru. I wanted to do more, but I was losing a lot of blood. So I left with Harmony's body. On my way here, I turned one of Frieza's scouters into a prosthetic eye to replace my missing one. How are you doing? I heard that you chose to stay in your temple instead of choosing to fight in this war." Ram sipped from a cup of coffee while she listened to Jackie. "I am fine. Meditating has helped me to calm myself down in times like these. This war is ruining lives, and I don't want to die again. I just want to rest." Jackie understood what Ram was saying. Jackie has been fighting in wars for so long that it feels like fighting is all that she is supposed to do. Even though she never wanted to retire, every day....Retirement sounded more and more enticing to her. An opportunity to run away from it all....But she also thought....She would never do something so slothful. Retiring would be her letting her enemies win. People would die if she gave up now. So knowing this, Jackie knew that she would never be able to settle down. Maybe in another timeline, Jackie didn't have this war hungry mentality. Perhaps she could have chosen Sekhmet instead of her mother in the hotel 2 days ago. But it was too late for her to change her mind. She was too far gone. "Look at me, Ram. I struggled for a long time with surviving, but even in the hardest of times, you always have to keep finding something worth fighting for. That is the reason why I never want to stop fighting, Ram. I remember what I said to some of my most important enemies in the past. When I fought against Jetstream Sam when I lost my arm, I said something that I have always stood by to this day. My sword is a tool of Justice. It still is. And it always will be. When Mistral questioned my ideals, I told her my motivation. I fight to protect those who cannot fend for themselves. I fight to protect the weak. And then there was the final fight against Sam. He said a really valid thing before we fought. He said: Forget it. We've both heard enough speeches about higher causes by now. The only time that I ever broke my own rules was when I fought against Senator Armstrong." Jackie sighed as she remembered her time as Jackson, a few years after fleeing from Sakurami City after the death of Saika Gasai.

A Few Years Before The Survival Game....

Jackson spat out a tooth after Armstrong finished beating him up. "So....What do you think, Jack?" Jackson took a second to catch his breath. "How the hell did you get elected?...." Armstrong chuckled before he moved his foot off Jackson's back. "Hahaha. Well. I don't write my own speeches." Jackson remained silent for a second, and he began to think of another idea to finally kill Armstrong. "Perhaps I was wrong about you." This made Armstrong stop walking away, and he turned around to look at Jackson. "Am I finally getting through?" Armstrong helped Jackson stand up, and he quickly cleaned all of the dust off his chestplate with his hand. "I'll put an end to pointless wars, Jack." Jackson wrapped his arms around Armstrong, pretending to give him a hug after shaking his hand. "You're not crazy....You're batshit insane!" Before Armstrong could react, Jackson threw him into the cockpit of the giant robot that he destroyed, and an orange aura became visible around him. "Blade wolf! Now!" Suddenly hundreds of explosions went off all over the robot, destroying it completely, and Armstrong and Jackson were left standing in a battlefield blocked off from escaping by a ring of fire created by Jackson. Armstrong was looking up at Blade Wolf after his robot was destroyed. For a moment, he managed to escape the battlefield and kick Blade Wolf into the wreckage of the robot. "ARMSTRONG!" The senator groaned as he turned around to face Jackson, who was now holding the blade of his fallen adversary, Jetstream Sam in his right hand. "I said my sword was a tool of justice. Not used in anger. Not used for Vengeance." Jackson slowly unsheathed the blade as he continued to talk, pointing the blade at Armstrong. "But now....Now I'm not so sure. And besides....This isn't my sword." Armstrong jumped off the wreckage, landing in the battlefield in front of Jackson, and he tossed his glasses into the fire. "Come on!" Jackson smirked as he got into a fighting stance. "Ok....Let's dance!" Jackson leaped towards Armstrong, moving at inhuman speeds as he continued to dodge all of the senator's attacks, and with every second that passed, Armstrong was getting more and more tired. Without warning, Armstrong coughed up blood as Jackson plunged his fist through his chest, pulling out his heart and crushing it in front of him. In his dying breath, Armstrong said his final words. "So be it, Jack.....Deep inside, we're.....kindred spirits....You....And I...." As the life faded from Armstrong's eyes, Jackson stared down at him, not even saying anything back to him. Deep down, he knew that Armstrong was right about him.

Present Day....

"And you still believe what he said about you? Why?" Jackie shrugged her shoulders. "We both have the same desire. A world where everyone can control their own destiny, but his version of this desire was twisted and warped by greed and politics. My vision of a free world is not dictated by any sin or personal desire. I want everyone to be able to control their own destiny, so that the world will finally be peaceful." Ram smiled, and she said that she and her were not so different either. "What do you mean?" Ram's smile widened, and Jackie noticed a pair of vampiric fangs. "Perhaps I should reintroduce myself to you. Hello. My name is Jacqueline Ram Yukio. I am a variant of Jacqueline Scarlet, created when Raem Yukio stabbed herself with the Yamato during the 1000 Year War." Jackie laughed. She always felt like Ram was very familiar to her in the past, but she didn't want to say anything about it. If anything, she wanted to wait for Ram to say something about it. "I would tell you more, but we should focus on keeping your daughter's body safe." Jackie nodded her head, and she went with Ram to tend to Harmony's injuries that were caused by not only Frieza, but the impact of Harmony crashing her train into the moon.
