"Maribel, you're grades are exceptional as always. So no concerns there." The lady in front of her stated, sorting out the pile of papers in front of her.
"..ehehe. Thank you miss!" Maribel rejoiced within her seat, her anxious fiddling coming to a pause.
"A very bright and modest child, you'd make a great employee in the future." She smiled before looking over at Maribel's logging booklet, a slight frown making its way to her face after reading whatever was in it.
"Huh? Um...thank you?" Is that... a backhanded compliment? The hooded girl frowned, it was always difficult for her to discern between the two.
"You don't do any extra-curriculum activities do you? or anything outside of school in general, right?" She queried with a sigh, placing the pile of papers down.
