German national importance, huh...?

How could she not stop the thought that instinctively came to mind?

Does, nazism count..? Maribel bit back the smirk that threatened to slip from that thought. It proved to be quite an easy task since she was reminded of her current surroundings, the school's library. If someone sees me laugh, they'll think I'm a mental case... taking that into consideration, the girl decided to steel her expression and make herself look somewhat occupied within the secluded aisle of the library.

The library itself was quite enthralling; with its towering shelves, dim lighting, and the musty scent of aged books along with a hint of disinfectant that seemed to pervade through the tranquil air. Maribel humorously observed the students that were snacking in secrets behind the brigade of books, away from the hostile eyes of the librarians that were always in a shitty mood, except from the odd one who always wore a bright smile. She made a mental note to advocate for a truce with Kaiser before they started their project, fearing that the wrath of the librarians would end in their (her) ultimate demise.
