November - Week 4 - Sunday
- S-sorry! Get out of the way, p-please!
I was running as fast as I could towards the Tracen Academy. Since I was a late transfer, I thought it would be bad if I arrived late on my very first day there.
I shouldn't have stopped to watch the Japan Cup... on all the days that I could've been officially enrolled, why today?!
I couldn't avoid stopping by since there was a huge poster announcing that the Japan Cup would be between Victoria Luz, Saint Marie and Toro de Madrid, the three horse girls that completely dominated the Twinkle Series in those last three years.
Whatever... It was the best race that I ever watched.
It wasn't quite true, but it quickly became one of my favorites. Surely I would be dreaming about it for days, especially because of Victoria, she made an impressive victory against two actual monsters. Sometimes I think that the title of "The Monster Left Behind" for Victoria was a complete mistake, she showed that she is still that "Double Crown Lightspeed Monster" from two years ago.
What am I getting lost at?! I need to hurry up!!
I kept using the horse girl free-way in the streets until I could see the enormous building of the academy. While running I was desperately looking at the paper that my mother printed for me with all the information that I needed.
Ri... Ritto dormitory? Okay, where is it? Where? Where? Where? Where? Where?...
The same word kept repeating in my head a thousand times while I was running around looking for the Ritto Dormitory on the perimeter outside the academy. It took a couple of minutes until I could find it and started knocking on the glass door of the dormitory.
- Is anyone there? I'm a new student, I swear I'm just a bit-...
I couldn't finish my phrase when a horse girl appeared at the door and opened it.
- No need to be desperate, you aren't late at all... well you almost got late on your first day. Follow me.
A cold sweat rolled down on my embarrassed face while I was following her. I truly believed that I was late and didn't even ask the time to anyone, now I was there following an unknown horse girl after getting desperate for nothing.
- Alright, let me look here... the only one that didn't arrive was Ayaka Kamisato. So it is you, right?
- Y-yes, I am.
- Good! I can finally finish this... this... and this.
She wrote very fast on multiple parts of the list and smiled at me after she finished it.
- My name is Fuji Kiseki, I'm responsible for this dormitory. I hope you enjoy your stay here and... well, all the dormitory rules are on this paper.
She gave me the paper and a set of keys that had a number on them.
- Your room is the 213, enjoy.
- T-thank you, Kiseki!
I bowed in her direction and then left the reception as quick as I could since I was still embarrassed.
Pay more attention, Ayaka... you got yourself embarrassed once again.
My steps echoed through the empty hallways with the sound of the wooden floor. I continued going up the stairs to the second floor, looking for my room at the dorm when I heard some voices and footsteps coming from the first floor. I tightened my steps since I didn't want to talk to anybody right now.
