"Permission to fire you," a wide smile plastered upon your face made it obvious you weren't lying to her.

"What?!" Penny slammed her hands on the table. She stood up in a panic.

"Yeah," you simply nodded. You knew she would react like this.

But you didn't expect the next thing to happen.

She stood up and walked to where she was right next to you. You stared her in the eyes. She then grabbed your back to pull you closer. Then, her hand held onto your chin, lifting it towards her.

She leaned forward and placed her lips onto yours. The hand on your back went to your head. She placed it there to withhold the kiss.

You began to feel your eyes water up. Your hands moved up, to try and push her away. It didn't work.

You kicked your leg at hers. She fumbled and broke away from the forced kiss. You stood up panicked and ran towards the door.

Without looking back, you ran out. Yelling, "Don't come back to work, Penny!"

You breathed out heavily. You stood at the door of your house. You check your pockets for the key.

...no no no no no no...

You did not just leave them at work...

Fuck!

You turned back around and ran. The closer you got, the more you hated this. You got to the Café and opened the doors. On the counter sat Penny. She was playing with your house key.

"Penny. Give me that," you demanded.

She looked at you. A smirk appeared, "Hmm... no. I don't think I will."

"Please..." you began to beg.

"Well~ On one condition," you hated where this would lead, but you needed that key.

"...What...?" you ask. Regret laced in your voice.

"I just want you to give me a kiss~," she replied, a smirk wide on her face.

You turned your head away, considering whether you should do it or not. Well, you did need your key, but doing this for it?

"F-fine..." you sighed. You looked back in her direction. You weren't going to like this, you didn't like her. You haven't liked anyone after him.

You walked up to her. Reaching out for the key. She handed you the key as she placed her hand on your back.

Dammit. She knew you were going to get the key and then dip out.

The nervousness on your face was easily seen. You could hear Penny chuckle a small bit. She leaned down just enough to where you were almost touching faces.

With tears forming in your eyes, you kissed her.
