Beep...Beep...Beep... ...Beep...Beep...

The sound of beeping filled your ears. It was so loud and repetitive. You just wished it would shut up. Suddenly, you felt familiar arms wrap around you.

Words soon followed. "Please wake up, Sunshine... we're worried..."

Sun...

You struggled to open your eyes. When you couldn't all the way, you wiggled around a small bit, clearly getting Sun's attention. He stood upwards and held your hand.

Slowly, very slowly, your eyes opened. With a brief look around the room, you saw you were in a hospital.

You HATED hospitals. They always scared you. Why? Who fucking knows...

Sun sent you a smile. You gave him one back, but it was more of a tired smile than any other smile. You soon heard someone enter the room.

"Mr. Sam, I am here to inform you that visiting hours are o-" he stopped when he saw you were awake.

You looked at Sun with a look that said, "Sam? That was the best you could think of, Sun?"

He gave a simple shrug. You did have to admit. That was a great name for not being required to say. "Oh yeah, my name is Sun. Don't question why I have that name!"

You almost began to laugh at your joke when you felt a needle poke into your arm. A scream nearly escaped your mouth. The sudden pain wasn't nice.

And suddenly, you remembered why you hated hospitals. Needles. That was why. You despised needles and the pain they gave. That's why getting a tattoo scared you.

Would you ever get a tattoo? Maybe a small one.

You sat on the bed watching the doctor do his thing. Thankfully, Sun didn't have to leave you alone.

"Alright," he said as he turned towards you. "Mx. Y/N, you had passed out from blood loss. Although, surprisingly you had enough energy to do what you had done to Penny Jemerald."

Her name sent a frown to your face. You didn't want her to be mentioned, nor did you want to even remember her. Technically, it was a good thing you killed her.

"She is dead, meaning you killed her," he began as he rewrapped the wounds that were healing up. "However, it was in self-defense, so it won't be reported. As long as you keep your mouth shut, that is."

You understood. It wasn't like you'd want to bring her up in ANY conversation. Not now. Not even in the future. You want to forget you ever met her.

"Also," his speaking brought you out of your thoughts. "It's up to you, but you can choose to stay another day or leave now. I would stay just in case-"

"I'll leave," you interrupted him. "I don't like hospitals, so I would like to leave today."

"Of course. Just let me do one more quick check," the doctor said.

That quick check was, actually, quick. Normally "quick checks" take hours. Now you and Sun are heading to somewhere he and Moon now called home.

It turned out that you were more or less in a coma for around a week, rather than being passed out. You now had to take medication every day. Just one a day.

When the bottle ran out, you'd have to go back and see if you'll need more.

Oh, yeah. You have your arm back! It felt nice to have both arms instead of one.

When you and Sun got to the new house, it amazed you. It looked so beautiful. You wondered how they even got it. Although, you didn't bother to ask about it. Especially since you didn't want to know in case you were ever in a pressuring situation.

"Come on, let me show you our room," Sun said as he walked to the door.

It took a minute to realize what he just said. "Wait... OUR room?"

He nodded happily. "Yeah! I mean we've typically slept next to you before, so what's the difference now?"

"I guess there aren't any problems."

He gave a bright happy smile.

Damn... the house was nice. It was like REALLY nice. It was so much better than the previous places you had been to.

Then, a sudden thought came to you. It was one you had once or twice before.

The thought regarded Sun and Moon.
