Thunderous Footfalls

The earth shook fierce beneath my feet. The tremendous tremors feeling as though the earth itself were breaking in two, trees trembling as the gigantic head poked through. A dragon! I had only ever heard stories I've never seen one in person before. I can feel my legs trembling underneath me as it comes closer the thing is mind barkingly large as I only come up 1/3 of his leg. I watched as the creature lowered its head to my level looking me directly in the eye then it spoke. " thrum un admer  derm skan." It growled, and I stared blankly at it seeing me not understand made it let out a deep, and husky chuckle or what I can assume to be one it then looked to me again. "You humans call yourselves warriors when you can't be bothered enough to learn of other languages." It rasped in my mind the waves of sound coursing through my head like a never ending pulse the waves crashed in my mind, and made me want to vomit I was so distracted by the sounds that I hadn't even noticed when my legs gave out. "I come with a message so if you weren't paying attention before now is the time to be. tell your pitiful king that one of his men stole my egg and I expect it back in 3 full moons, and if you fail the entire kingdom will fall and everyone in it." I was shocked my body felt as though it were going to rip apart from the voice in my head I was in so much pain in fact that I hadn't even realized the warm wet feeling against me I had pissed myself in front of a damn dragon. I nodded vigorously, and watched as the dragon lifted its head to on coming foot falls. Several men in different armors had come rushing from the village not to far from me and were approaching quickly I need to do something anything come on March get up.  Before I could do anything they were here staring the dragon down swords pointed, and bows the dragon let out another husky chuckle before taking a step forward towards the men the archers loosened their arrows which all smacked off of the hard diamond shaped scales. The dragon let out a roar that caused the men to drop their weapons to cover their ears, but before they knew it the dragon grabbed up one of them, and with one bite bisected the poor man his bloody bottom half twitched once before falling still the other men looked in horror before screaming, and running away the dragon looked down at me and said one last sentence. "Fallow them or you'll be ash." I did as told scrambling up off of the ground running as fast as my fear stricken legs would take me back to the Kingdom.
