I think slendy was right, we shouldn't love humans, it will only get us hurt in the end.
"toby can I come in?", I heard EJ ask.
I got up and opened the door, he sighed.
"bro you look horrible...", EJ said walking in and shutting the door.
"t-thanks that makes me feel s-so much better", I said sarcastically
"sorry, look I told you not to fall in love with humans. humans think we are heartless and if they leave us it won't hurt, but it actually hurts more then it should."
I nodded and hugged EJ, crying onto his shoulder. in the human world a guy hugging a guy would be considered gay but not here.
"it will be ok", EJ said, hugging back.
