Happy Anniversary

While Jay and Nya were both out, the rest of the ninja Prepared everything for the anniversary of their friends.

Zane stood at the stove and cooking the Master of Lightnings and the Master of Waters, favorite food, aswell as some other small dishes.

Kai and Cole were in the living room and decorated it as if a wedding was taking place. Lloyd thought it was all kind of exaggerated, but he didn't want to take the fun away from the others besides, even the senseis- Lloyd uncle sensei Wu and his father sensei garmadon seemed exited about today.

Garmadon was still trying to find something to wear and Wu was keeping an eye on Kai and Cole while also decorating a little bit by himself here and there. Pixal was out with Nya, other than Jay, Nya had bought something for her yang a few weeks ago and has had it since then hidden in her room.

Finally everything was ready the food was on the table, decorated with flowers and candles at the wall was a garland with big letters spelling-
'HAPPY ANNIVERSARY'
They all seemed pleased and when the couple finally arrived they all cheered as if their favorite band just walked through the door. Kai run up to Jay and his sister and hugged them "5 years!" he screamed in happiness, the red ninja looked at the couple and just slowly let go of them so the others could step infront to gratulate them.

Nya laughed shaking her head "you know we are not getting married, right?" she asked amusement in her voice but when she looked at her Yang she quickly punched him with her elbow "at least not yet" she added after gaining Jay's attention, who then smiled again.

The Master of Lightning had the amulet from the store In a small gray shiny box that was lined with a red velvet, he got it from his parents that he visited after he got the necklace and upon showing his mother the beautiful amulet she stood up and went to get a small box that was perfect to hold the amulet until Jay gave it to Nya.

The necklace was safely stored away in the pocket of his jacket, secured by his hand that carefully rubben the surface of the Shiny Gray Box.

"why are you just standing there? Come on in and sit down" said Garmadon who was wearing a dark purple suit and just came down the stairs to see the ninja stand at the entrance. All crowded together as if there wasn't enough space in the Monastery- which was just not true, there was plenty of space and so the ninja all went to the entrance of the living room but Noone entered "I think Nya and Jay should enter first" claimed Cole and the others nodded, letting the couple pass them and enter the room.

Nya could have started crying on the spot, her friends realy overdid themselves with the decorations and it was beautiful. The table was full of flowers in various colors and shapes, vases filled with green on the windowsills, and also some candles found their place at the table, last but not least a large garland hung on the back wall on which was written in large letters 'Happy anniversary' "Oh guys, you shouldn't have..." it was Jay who said that.

Eyes sparkling with happiness he turned to the others "ok who was in charge of that?" he asked holding his Ying in an embrace, Kai and Cole both awkwardly lifted their hands and were almost immediately tackled by Nya, the Master of Water throwed herself at her brother, hugging him tight and Crying "thanks you, it's beautiful" she said sobbing as she turned to the black ninja who was also soon to be found in an tight embrace by the Master of Water.

Cole laughed, scratching his head he said "I'm glad you two like it, tho me and Kai didn't do all that alone, the sensei helped us" Jay almost immediately looked at garmadon, Lloyd shook his head "no my dad Was busy finding the right thing to wear, but sensei Wu helped" said the green ninja And as if it had been arranged, at that moment the sensei came down the stairs- Dressed in a white robe with golden patterns it was not one of the everyday robes that the sensei often wore, but one that he really only took out of the closet on special occasions, and as it looked it also came fresh out of the laundry.

Sensei Wu entered the living room and smiled upon seeing the couple "Happy Anniversary you two" he said smiling eyes closed so that Small wrinkles appeared at the corner of his eyes and just like the others, the old sensei soon found himself in an embrace of the the two Elemental masters "The food is getting cold, we should sit down and start eating" said Zane, the nindroid had activated his emotions again something that is pretty rare for the robot and only happens at special occasions, such as the  Five year anniversary of two of his best friends/ Teammates.

After everyone got seated they slowly began to eat the delicious food the Master of ice had made, they were laughing and talking mostly about how flustered Jay always was whenever he was alone with Nya. They just had a great time and Nya came to think that this might be one of the best Anniversarys she and her Yang ever had.

Nya Was thankful for having such wonderful friends and she was thankful for having Jay by her side, she wouldn't trade the love of her yang or her friends for anything in the world.

A few hours passed by And the food on the table became less and less while the bellies of the six ninja and the two senseis became fuller and fuller. It was then when sensei Garmadon spoke up "I think now would be the perfect time" he said and everyone knew what he meant "oh yes I want to see what you two got for each other" said Kai so exited one could think that he was about to receive a gift.

The Master of Water chucked and stood up "I go get it from my room" she turned to Jay and smiled before heading off, the second Nya had left the room Cole turned to Jay "you have something for her right?" he asked already looking nervous. Jay looked offended "I might not always be on time but have I ever forgotten to buy something for Nya?" he asks clearly offended by the earth masters question "it was just a question, so? What did you get her?" the black ninja asked to which the master of Lightning just smiled smugly "oh you have to wait and see" he said and at this moment Nya came back from her room holding a small thin box and placing it infront of her yang.

Smiling Jay opened the box and upon seeing what's inside his dark blue eyes began to sparkle "You did not..." "...I did" Nya chuckled as Jay lifted a comic out of the box It was the one issue of his favorite comic that he was still missing and that he couldn't find anywhere no matter how hard he has looked "oh Nya, I love it so much thank you" the brunet cryd out, wiping his tears before carefully placing it back.

For a second the Master of Lightning gathered his thoughts before standing up and reaching into the pocket of his jacket to pull out a small shiny Silver box "I got something for you too, I wanted something equal as beautiful as you turns out it's pretty hard finding something like that" he said placing the box in nya's open hand.

The Master of Water looked at the box, carefully turning it before she opened it, Inside was a golden necklace with a shimmering blue stone shaped like a single drop of water, she took it out for the others to see "it's...beautiful..." she whispered. "what are you waiting for sis? We want to see how it looks on you" Kai said smiling, Nya looked at her yang and then the others before putting on the necklace.

The second the necklace was around the girls neck her eyes glowed blue, everyone saw it but it had disappeared so fast that they were simply waving it of as some kind of Light reflection.

Somewhere else a Pair of golden eyes shot open and Six colorful lotus ears twitched hidden away underneath glamour, a smirk Appered on the figures face "You really are a Cockroach, aren't you?" the figure whispered, knowing what they had to do they slipped away into the Darkness.
