Despite his cold hearted attitude, he can be a tease and somewhat of a flirt towards a certain officer, AKA you. When it comes to having eyes on someone, either love or kill, he won't hesitate to do things to make his plan a success.

Scenario 1: You are a detective in the police force and have been on a cold case for awhile - the Purple Hyacinth case, an assassin that words for an unknown assassin organization.
And of course, he strikes again tonight. You and several other cops were able to make it to the scene but were too late. A woman who looks to be in her late 20s, soaked in her own blood holding a purple hyacinth in her hand.
