  - splits both sides and middle 1min

  - plank 2min

  - hip-dips 20x both sides

  - mountain climber 30x

  -jumping jacks 35x

  - vertical leg scrunch both sides 10x

  -needle hold 20secs

  -  sit-ups 20x

  -  bridge from standing up, hold 20secs and back up 10x

  - squats 15x

- rollovers 10x


7.40   start day with others 

7.45   work on solos

8.10  do choreography together with everyone + repeats

8.55   put on dresses 

9.10   dance with dresses

9.20   break (take off dresses and change to shorts, sports bra)

9.40    Yoga

10.15   last preps for competition on Friday that you can do early

10.50    Leave studio

13.05    do hair for photoshoot
