Flare up

Leah has been diagnose with endometriosis, it flares up and is worse when she's on her period. Leah woke up to very bad pain in her lower stomach "Alessia" leah said quietly to the sleeping women "Alessia" leah said louder and more in pain, that made Alessia wake up; it took Alessia a couple of seconds to figure out what was going on but then she realised Leah was in pain "Leah what's wrong?" Alessia says sitting up "it's my stomach, I think my endometriosis has flared up" Leah sitting lifting her knees to her stomach and whining in pain, Alessia put her hand on Leah's shoulder "what do you feel?" "sick" "do you want to go to the bathroom?" Leah nodded, Alessia helped Leah sit up and try to stand, Leah was in way to much pain and couldn't stand "ouch Less I can't it hurts too match" "okay lay back down" Alessia slowly helped Leah lay back on the bed.

After a few minutes of silence, Alessia thought Leah was starting to calm down but she wrong. "Alessia" said Leah "yeah" "I think I'm...I think I'm gonna be sick" "I get you a bucket" Alessia quickly got out of bed and run to the bathroom where they kept a bucket for situations like this, she ran back into the room and gave Leah the bucket; Alessia sat next to Leah and kept her hair back while she was throwing up. "Better?" Alessia asked as Leah but down the bucket, leah nodded "a little", the both of them got back into bed, since it's still early in the morning, Leah snuggled up close to Alessia "go to sleep le, wake me up if you need me" Leah nodded and they both fell asleep.

A couple hours later, Alessia woke up to Leah crying "Hey hey Leah what's wrong?" Leah didn't answer, she was moving side to side with her legs up against her stomach in agony "hey le calm down, if you get yourself worked up it'll hurt more" Alessia gently but her arm on Leah's leg and she slowly calmed down and relaxed, "right, what do you feel?" "I- I..." Leah tried saying, but from the pain she's very out of breath, Alessia sat up and gently put her arm on Leah's shoulder "Leah breath" ... after a couple minutes leah was finally able to speak "I'm in so much pain" she said in between sobs "do you want some ibuprofen?" Alessia asked "yes- yes please" Alessia got up and took the medicine from the cupboard and went back to Leah "here" said Alessia, Leah slowly sits up and take the tablet from Alessia, Alessia gives leah a cup of water. After Leah had finished they got back in bed, Leah was starting to feel sleepy, she rested her head on Alessia chest, Alessia stroked Leah's back until they both had fallen asleep.

Alessia woke up at 9:30 that morning, she didn't want to wake up Leah since she needs to rest. Alessia gets up and decides to make breakfast and a hot water bottle for Leah, Alessia went to their bedroom with breakfast and hot water bottle and she placed the breakfast on Leah's bed side table and decided to slowly place her hot water bottle on Leah stomach, Leah stirred "morning beautiful" said Alessia smiling "how are you feeling?" Alessia said sitting down by the sleepy women "better than earlier but still in pain, thank you for the hot water bottle" Leah said kissing Alessia on her hand "no problem baby", Leah gestured for Alessia to get back into bed. "Lessi" "yes gorgeous?" Alessia said turning her head towards Leah "can I go back to sleep?" "Of course you can, I'll be right here if you need me." Leah's eyes slowly closed and she was asleep.

A couple days later
Leah's spent the last couple days resting, she's missed 2 days of training, And today is her last time at home before she can go back to arsenal and slowly start to train again. Leah woke up to Alessia not being by her side, she sat up quickly, Leah groaned a bit from the pain in her lower stomach but sighed and stood up, she took her time walking down the stairs and saw Alessia sitting on the sofa watching tv. Alessia turned her head to look and Leah "hey le, feeling better?" "a lot better" Leah said walking towards Alessia "good, but you still have to take it easy, your not fully better". "I know babe" Leah says smiling and rolling her eyes "here let me help you sit down" Alessia stoop up and help Leah sit down, Leah sighs in relief "what would I do without you lessi?" Leah giggled and Alessia joining in, "thank you Alessia, for helping the last couple of days". "No problem gorgeous, I love you"
