Alessia's pov-
It's England vs North Korea, it's the day of the match- I turn over and see Leah still asleep, I look at her for a bit before coming back into reality "Leah baby wake up" I said softly "it's match day!" Leah groaned and slowly opens her eyes "morning less" she said with a yawn, "sleep well?" I asked giving her a soft kiss "yes you?" "Mine was great."
We have to be down for breakfast by 7 and it's right now 6, Leah and I get ready and head downstairs. The hard part is that we haven't told any of our teammates about this relationship so we have to act less flirty in front of them, which I think is hard since Leah is so cute.
We finished breakfast and headed into the bus, I sat next on the 4 seats that is sitting opposite each other with Leah, Ella and Georgia. Once we had finally got ready for the match, I'm in the starting lineup and Leah was walking us out.
A/N POV -
Both Alessia and Leah are in the starting line up, the game was going amazing so far, England scored 2 goals by Leah and Ella. Korea were close to getting a goal but missed. At half time, Sarina gave them a word of advice for the second half. At 77 minutes Korea had a corner, one of their players kicked the ball into the crown of footballers. Alessia was by the goal, as the ball came her way she kicked but unfortunately she stumbled a bit when kicking and it went in the goal, she gave Korea an own goal
In the changing room - Alessia's pov -
Im so disappointed in myself, why did I have to be right there. Im so stupid.
Leah walked into the changing rooms and saw Alessia sitting on the bench with her hands over he face, "hey hey lessi what's the matter" "I'm so sorry Leah, I gave them an own goal, I'm so stupid, "hey less don't worry about it we all make mistakes" said Leah putting her hand on Alessia's arm "I know but I feel so bad, and I'm going to get so much hate from fans" Alessia said turning her head from Leah "less look at me" Alessia turned her head towards Leah "look, your going to get hate but just ignore it, you and I both know it's a mistake everyone could make" "thank you Leah" they hugged and walked out the changing room.
