Chapter 26

Jodie's POV

I lie awake for what seems like days, I have tried to get to sleep but all I could think about is that stupid god dam nightmare, For the rest of the night I just toss and turn in bed trying to get Cameron off my mind. I close pull my duvet over my head hopeing to fall asleep any time soon, I knew it wasn't going to happen.

After lying in bed for hours I finally drift off into a deep dreamless sleep. I just wanted to close my wake up and not to worry about anything.

"Wake up Jodie it is the last day I get to spend with you before I go home" Matt joyfully shouts bursting into my bedroom giving me a shock, "Oh my goodness Matt, I was sleeping you scared me to death!" I say a smile creaping onto my face while I sit up.

"Sorry but I want to spend as much time as I can with you before I have to go home" He says sitting on the end of my bed "Now come downstairs I have made Nutella on pancakes" he smiles.

After breakfast Matt tells me he has a surprise for me and I need to be ready in 10 minutes so I quickly run up to my bedroom and decide what to where...

I choose some plain black legging with a black and white striped crop top with my white vans and black leather jacket. After getting ready I apply some makeup and curl my long ombré brown hair.

As I was applying my mascara I hear Matt's voice from downstairs "HURRY UP JODIE OR WE ARE GOING TO BE LATE!" He yells "I'm coming now" I say grabbing my phone and my purse and jogging down the stairs to him.

_____In the car____

"please tell me where we are going" I plead knowing he isn't going to tell me, he just looks over and smirks before he turns the radio on.

Hold my hand by Jess Glynn comes on and me and Matt suddenly burst into song singing every single word of the song. After the song finishes we just laugh until we reach the start of a forest.
