Chapter 8 That's a Promise

Ok so kind of like a filler chapter...but you guys were so kind in all the comments and begging for more, you made me feel bad not updating a lot so here you go! I'm holiday for a week 4 days left so I better make them count I guess!

"I guess I have to tell you guys who I really am, don't I?" Looking up I saw confusion mixed with anger.

"I'm not a shape shifter like all of you, but I am supernatural, I can copy other peoples abilities like a copycat at will. I learnt to control my mother taught me, but people can easily dig their way inside my mind though, my mother died because of me, she and my father hid me from the world keeping me safe, I'm the only one left of my kind. Tears braced my eyelashes. Dean out of nowhere brought me into a hug.

"So that's how you crawled into my mind you copycatted me, clever princess." He patter me like a dog on the head.

"Dean get off of her, shes not our pet." Dean grumbled at Roman.

"Well that explains a few things. Clara can you tell us the night your family died, and how this women you seem to know?"

"Wow Noble a little to personal don't you think, this poor girl has been through enough." Roman stood up looking down at Noble in anger.

"Roman it's alright you guys need to know, well you all better take a seat its going to be quite the story, I gave a fake laugh to loosen the air.

Dean sat cuddling me, while Seth and Roman sat on the foot of the bed while Noble and Mercury lead up against the wall.

Sighing I began to tell the story I've been trying to hide my entire life.

"It was a normal sunny Thursday I had just come back with my mom from picking berries, I was nine years old I loved nature the way it spoke to me. Setting up lunch we heard my father talking at the front door, the next thing we heard were four gunshots shooting my father and my older brother, mom hid me in the cellar we had a trap door under the kitchen, she said don't come out for anyone unless its me or your father. She never came back I waited and waited." Tears were streaming down my face, Dean held me close, soothing me to carry on. In between sniffs I continued. "It was at least three days before anyone came. Tha...that women she found me. She took me in made me forget about my abilities always gave me this horrid drink, she gave me supplies when I moved out..." It suddenly hit me crap she knew about me she knew.

Joey stepped forward from his spot. "Clara if we went back to your place would you show e this drink?"

"Ok." I sniffed.

"That's enough no more sadness Clara you need to rest, Dean stay with her for awhile then come join us next door." Roman ordered everyone out giving me time.

"See you later Clara." Noble and Mercury waved, Seth kissed me on the forehead while Roman gave me a massive bear hug. Dean held me for what felt like hours as I cried myself to silence. "Dean don't leave me, Don't you guys ever leave me." I snuggled into his chest.

"Clara I will never leave you alone, we will never leave you, I promise."

Seth came in. "Same here Clara."

Roman followed suit, "I triple that, know one will ever hurt you again we keep our promises!"
