Here's the template and the rules for making OCs!
OC Limit: 1 Per Person. I can increase the limit if I like the OC. Yes, this is playing favorites. No, I don't care.
Weapon Limit: All Weapons are allowed but no guns. Melee weapons only, small weapons are recommended but large weapons are allowed too. Poisoned weapons are also allowed but can't be lethal, non-lethal, paralysis, blinding, etc, are fair game. The reason is there will be an OC of mine that primarily uses poison.
Age Limit: 21 to 15 yrs, the youngest option being the same age as Lincoln in this story.

Reason for fighting/Fighting Lincoln: (Specify if fighting Lincoln or just leave as "Fighting" if facing another opponent. Most OCs will be fighting as the Ranking system in Dueling Dragons apply to all of the other gangs, so most OCs will be fighting someone or Lincoln as their introduction)
Side Story: (like Substories from the Yakuza series for Lincoln to go on while facing off against bad dudes, be sure to include how many chapters this side story will take (Max of 4, Min of 2) and a synopsis of those side chapters. I'm not going to be able to include EVERY OC in the main story so this is my compromise.)
Fighting Style: (must be a known Earth fighting style, can be based on an Anime character's style if presented with good reasons, no dbz ki or energy blasts bs though)
