The Devil's Bride

Prologue

I could not see! The air feels different. The sky looks like a colorful mixture I have never seen before. My friends were ready to fight, if that's what it would take. They would protect me...right?!?!

He appeared behind me. Just above a whisper, loud enough for only him and I to hear....

"Here you are little one! I've found you!"

Startled, I turned around! I came face to face with him!
