Leo gently picked Elizabeth up bridal style and carried her home. He knew she would try and run so he brought her to their basement and tied her up. Didn't everyone do this?
Roughly about two hours later Elizabeth stirred. She would wake up in a basement with Leo instead of her bedroom, which provided her no comfort anyways.
"H-huh?" Elizabeth said groggily, still sort of out of it from the chloroform.
"Hi Beautiful." Leo said, walking up to Elizabeth and caressed her cheek gently.
Elizabeth tried to wiggle away from him. His touch felt like poison. "You bastard! Let me go!"
Leos face darkened, her hurtful words sealing his mood. "Im sorry. But no."
Elizabeth pulled at the ropes biting into her skin. "Please let me go Leo!"
"No." His response sounded calm but there was a undertone of anger. To him he had every right to be angry. She had left him!
"Just let me go." Elizabeth said, trying to stay calm.
"No. Now stop asking." Leo spat and then turned away from her, to a table she couldnt see.
"Leo! Let. Me. Go!" Elizabeth went back to yelling.
Leo picked up a long-handled ax. One he had used on her before. Leo smiled at the ax and turned to her. "Remember this?" The words were filled with malice.
"Dont you dare."
"Why not?" Anger. "I'm gonna do it. Seems like fun." He shrugged. he had used the ax on her before to torture her before. They had a very messed up enemies to lovers story.
"Leo." Elizabeth screamed, some of her hair falling from it place.
"What!" He screamed back at her with more intensity, causing her to flinch. He was done with the whining.
"Please just dont do it." Elizabeth whispered.
"Why?" His voice was dangerously quiet. He walked up to her and tucked her fallen hair back.
"Because Leo." She was trembling. She was scared. She hated when he got like this, then blamed it on her.
Leo grabbed his arm which caused Elizabeth to start screaming. "No! Please Leo! Stop!"
Leo rolled his eyes and brought the ax above his head. Elizabeth screamed more words at Leo hoping to get him to stop but he seemed zoned out, unaware of her.
The ax swung down and chopped her arm off. Blood poured out from the wound. It was all over Leo as he dropped her lifeless arm.
Elizabeth was screaming at the top of her lungs. Leo grabbed her other arm and raised the ax. Tears streamed down Elizabeths face as she concentrated on getting away.
"Don't worry Darling. Next I'm going for your legs."
Leo swung the ax to cut her other arm off. But at the very last second Elizabeth shifted into a bat and flew to the other side of the room where she shifted back and slumped against the wall.
The ax split the chair and Leo, looked over to her. "Good one Darling." He left the ax in the chair and calmly walked over to her wounded form.
Elizabeth was visibly shaking and crying from the pain he had out her through. She shrank against the concrete wall as he walked closer.
"I'm sorry baby." Leo said crouching in front of her. He rested his hand on her cheek.
"Dont talk to me." Elizabeth spat out, her voice breaking a couple times.
"Listen, I am sorry Eli." Elizabeth ignored him.
It would be about a day before her arm would grow back. But she would be in terrible pain.
"Answer me."
"No."
Leo's hand drew back, and he punched her hard in the face. Elizabeth cried out and spit blood on the floor while Leo watched her. "Oops, my hand slipped." Leo said sarcastically.
Elizabeth suddenly turned into a bat and flew up the stairs and out of the basement. Turning into a bat was something Vampires could do. Leo screamed at her and began chasing her.
Being a small person, she transformed back and hid in the bathroom, leaving the light off.
"Eli. ~" Leo's voice rang out. " Please come out! I don't want to hurt you more that I already have too." His voice was usually happy.
Elizabeth turned back into a bat and accidentally knocked something over then she shifted into a human again. She scooted over and squeezed her mouth shut.
"Please?" He was closer.
Elizabeth was silently crying; she was so scared. He got closer to where she was. "Eli." She whimpered.
Leo was suddenly in front of her. She had been found. Leo grabbed her and dragged her back into the living-room. "No!" Elizabeth screamed.
"I don't want to hurt you, darling. I promise." Elizabeth fought to get away.
"No! I don't believe you!" She turned into a bat again and tried to fly away.
Leo was quick to stop her by pulling out his ax and hitting her out of the air. When she hit the floor, she transformed back.
"Let me go, please."
"No." His answer was simple but filled her with dread.
"Please!" He glared at her.
"No." "Please, Leo." He growled and crossed his arms. He looked her up and down.
"When your arm is fully healed, I'll see what to do with you." Elizabeth transformed into a bat only to be hit out of the air again.
Elizabeth transformed again and Leo asked, " Are you going to stop trying?" She nodded. She was terrified of Leo.
"Words."
"Y-yes." Leo smiled.
"Good girl."

The last memory faded, leaving Elizabeth scared and confused. Why did Leo do that? The whole memory took about five minutes and when she returned to reality, Steven was dead.
His body was strew and over the floor and the walls covered with blood. Leo stood in the center of it, a sadistic smile on his face.
He saw Elizabeth and his face softened and he made his way over to her and threw Stevens blood and guts.
Elizabeth shuffled back on the bed attempting to get away from him. Leo didn't mind, and shrugged the thought that she was scared of him away.
He had only killed someone. He sat on the bed and pulled Elizabeth into his lap. Elizabeth was scared but soon relaxed into his grasp. A grasp that now seemed foreign because she knew how he had hurt her.
