"oh sorry" i got up not wanting to cause drama on my first day "i wasnt aware it had your name on it" i rolled my eyes sitting in the next empty seat. 

"what did you say new girl" she cocked her head to the side her lips slightly parted. 

"nothing" i looked her up and down shrugging my shoulders and shaking my head. she rolled her eyes facing the front to talk to one of her friends whos name i learned to be agatha. 

 the teacher walked in and it was this older lady who looked to old to be a teacher but she seemed sweet. "good morning class, i hope your all doing well" she paused for a second for the class to fully quieten down (which didn't take very long) "the next book we will be reading is one of my favorites, its called little women by louisa may alcott published 1868, has anyone heard of it before" a couple kids put their hands up, including the twin sitting across from me.

"miss maximoff darling, can you tell us what the books about" i can see how wandas face lit up slightly, much different to her expression 10 minutes ago. this teacher must be her favourite or something. 

 about 20 minutes into the lesson once we had had a little more of a discussion the teacher left us to start reading the book. we could do it however we wanted as long as we read. some kids formed a circle and read aloud, others put in music to block the noise out while reading. 

but i cant read for the life of me i just get too distracted. i read the first page or so but kept forgetting what i was reading and got to distracted by the things around me so i looked around the class looking for anything that peaked my interest. the teacher was eating jellybeans out of a jar on her desk, the kids in the corner were arguing over who was reading next. other student were out playing some game for pe. so much was going on and yet i was still drawn to wanda maximoff. 

"like something you see hm?" i hear all of a sudden and lock eyes with the girl as she slowly peeled her eyes from the book she was so deeply engrossed in. 

"get over yourself" i rolled my eyes looking back at the book. i noticed she was on chapter 3 and i was barely a couple pages in. i put my head in my hands in frustration trying to focus on the words. it felt like i was reading the same sentence over and over again when suddenly the bell went and students started to pack up their stuff. i did the same thing just slower as i wondered where to go for break. 

surely the library would be open, its quiet and looks cool. i start heading back that direction when i hear bickering behind me. the voices got louder and as they reached me i saw it was bucky and natasha. 

"hey y/n you should sit with us" nat said as bucky slung an arm around my shoulders. i was shocked by the movement and fell into him a little as we were walking. maybe that was his intention. but nevertheless i followed the pair to a lunch room. however it was more like rooms. 

there was the main cafeteria part in the center but around it was what looked like mini class rooms. nat as if like a second nature got a bobby pin out of her jacket pocket and opened the door. 

"should we be in here?" i questioned hesitant as the two sat down at the desk waiting for their other friends i suppose. 

"teachers break room they dont use, so it doesnt matter" bucky explained putting his feet up on the desk only for the red head to push his feet off. 

i took a seat between them and pepper who i recognized from the tour walked in with two guys behind her, both with longer brown hair. 

"y/n, bruce and tony, boys, y/n" nat said before taking a bite of her peanut butter sandwich. we all introduced ourselves as more people walked in but right in the middle of it i hear another voice.

"god are you everywhere" i turn to see the brunette standing in the doorway a single chocolate milk bottle in her hand. she rolls her eyes and leaves the room to sit with other people. i guess she was that popular she could just walk up to people and sit with them. no questions asked. 

"whats got her knickers in a twist" steve rogers said with a laugh.
