In a large office-like room, the man who is the second one that holds the authority of the Fatui Harbingers, was sitting at the center while signing papers.

He was tired, extremely tired. He needed rest, but the rest is for the weak, he thinks. Resting now isn't very much like him. So, he continues on working.

The quill that he was controlling in a fast pace paused abruptly when someone knocked on his door. He looks to the door for a moment before placing the quill back in its own place.

He frowns when he heard his back bones cracking when he sat up straight. "Enter."

At the command, the agent outside lets himself in with fear running through his veins. Despite working for the Fatui for a long time now, he was still scared of the fact that he had to report to these Harbingers whenever he was ordered to do so.

"My lord," He kneels on one knee on the floor with his gaze also facing down. "There has been reports of a child, along with an adult, roaming around the Palace." The Harbinger didn't say a thing to respond.

Normally, they would give you the permission to continue on talking, but he took this as a situation where the Harbinger was too speechless to talk. He lifts his head towards him.

"It has been said that the child—"

His word were cut off when the man in front of him waves his hand in a slash motion in the air. What was that? Wait.. why are the walls suddenly turning sideways?

The Harbinger didn't even bother to look at the severed head on the ground. "What makes you think that it is right to ramble off mindlessly in front of a Fatui Harbinger when you weren't told to?" A mage entered the room when she was called.

Grabbing the body harshly, she holds the head with her hands gripping his hair. She was so used to this that she wasn't even disgusted at the scene. She turns the head so it was faced towards the man who looked at it with cold eyes.

'Harbingers are really cruel, aren't they.. ' She thinks. And with that, she leaves the room with blood trailing after her. Another mage enters the room to report and fortunately for her, she survived because she knew how to do it properly. "That is all, Lord Jester."
