Chapter 9

.First fight.

Your pov:
I have been training for long enough and I finally get to join the others in a fight! As me and the others ran to our mechs, I got my own mech it was a bird shaped one that can fly.

I got in my mech and headed to Where the attack was. It was our school, L.G (lord garmadon)L.G started shooting bombs at the school but i used my mechs claws to grab them and aim them to the sky and let them explode, but I missed one that wasn't aimed at the school but at Lloyd's mech,
As it hit Lloyd's mech, his mech turns upside down and Lloyd falls to the ground, I quickly put my mech on AI mode and let it control itself and jump out of it. As Lloyd's mech was about to fall on him, I grabbed his elbow in the last minute to get him out of the mechs way. As I dragged him away I stumbled and fell onto my butt making Lloyd fall on my lap. "Hey" I said with a flirty tone with a smirk as he pushes me off "focus!" Lloyd yelled before running back to his mech that wasn't damaged badly and I did the same running back to my mech but feeling slightly disappointed that Lloyd yelled at me

After the fight

We headed back to our base, they were talking about garmadon while my mind was racing about Lloyd, my brain still haven't processed that me and Lloyd are a thing. Everytime I realized that blush would crawl to my cheeks making everyone stare at me in confusion until someone finally spoke up. "Alright y/n, you better pull yourself together cause you're being really useless in this team." Kai said as he glared At me "me? Useless?! If I wasn't there garmadon would have bombed the school to ashes!" I spoke up getting tired of him trying to single me out "well-" kai was about to say something before Nya stopped him "kai you have been singling out y/n ever since he joined us, stop being a jackass and y/n did nothing wrong" Nya said clearly she was annoyed about us fighting but I was thankful that she stood up for me "whatever.." kai said as turned away from me and they continued discussing about garmadon next attack.

After the discussion

Everyone was going home so I took the chance to invite Lloyd to hang out at my place. "Lloyd!" I called out for him before he left with the others, unfortunately kai stopped with Lloyd, Lloyd turned to look back at me with a smile "wanna hang out at my place?" I asked with a smile "no." Kai interrupted but I ignored him and waited for Lloyd's response "y/n..I really can't do i-" Lloyd was about to continue but I stopped him "no no! Not like that! Just like hang out and watch movies, you don't seriously think I am some horny kid?" I said with a chuckle as he sighed with relief "then sure I'd love to" he said with a smile as kai glared at us, I intertwined our hands as we walked to my house

We reached to my house and my dad was home for some reason, I greeted my dad and introduced Lloyd as my boyfriend, "I already know that" my dad said chuckling and when I looked back at Lloyd and realized the day when my dad entered on us kissing..I chuckled "alright dad we will watch some movies so do we have any snacks?" I asked as my dad pointed to the pantry "alright thanks.." I said as I walked to the pantry still my hand intertwined with Lloyd's so I have been dragging him around, I opened the pantry and grabbed our favorite snacks before running up to my room.

We put on a random movie we both didn't watch, after binging 3 movies in a row I noticed Lloyd falling asleep slowly. We soon both fell asleep.
