Ok, I have actually have a lot of things to say about this one.
I really love this ship! I've shipped these two since before I knew what shipping was! It makes a lot of sense, (plus it's literally cannon) In the anime James calls Jessie "Jessie dear" multiple times. (Not to mention the extreme amount of fear hugging) Also, in the manga "the electric pikachu boogaloo" Jessie and James get married. (And Jessie is shown visibly pregnant at the end)

There are countless times that Jessie is seen flirting with James in the early seasons of the anime. In Pokémon journeys they literally are doing the tango every time they recite their motto. In the Japanese version of "pokemon the movie 2000" meowth states that Jessie and James act all "lovey dovey", when they're offscreen. I could go on, and on about shipping moments between these two! they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are some screenshots from the anime:
