It's an interesting ship, definitely one I support.
You can see goh being especially caring towards Chloe, such as helping her climb through lilie's window (you kinda have to see the episode for that not to sound creepy) 
Chloe and goh are super close, and have known each other for years.
It's not a ship I'm crazy about, but overall it's pretty good!
