Olivia's point of view

I throw my pen down at the note book and let out a sigh "liv just take a break" patrick my producer tells me. "Ok fine" I reply.

While I'm on my said break Anthony my manager, publicist and agent comes in with a bright smile on his face. "Guess what liv" he says. "What Tony?" I ask. "You have been invited to sing the national anthem" he starts.

"Oh? What sporting event this time?" I ask. He sits down "the new Jersey devils game this weekend" he answers showing me the invite. "Ok and according to my schedule I don't have a show that day so I'll do it" I say. He nods typing on his phone "great" he says.

After he leaves we go back to working on the song that I've been struggling to write. "Ok we're done for the day" patrick says. I nod in agreement and we leave.

Unfortunately I see a few people across the street taking photos of me and I ignore them going to my car. When I start my car the radio starts playing and I realise it's one of my songs from my Ep so naturally I sing along and take a quick little video posting it to my Instagram story.

On my drive home my phone goes off several times but I ignore it until I get inside. "You're trending on twitter dude" jordyn tells me. "For what?" I ask a tad confused.

She giggles "for the video you posted on your story and for being seen leaving the studio in the midst of your us tour" she answers. "Lovely" I reply sitting down. I just got back from doing the Texas shows, the week before that I was in California.

This next week I'll be doing my New York, new Jersey, philly and Boston shows. The following 2 weeks after that is my canadian leg then I'm done. "There's also rumours you're performing the national anthems at the new Jersey devils vs Canucks game" she adds.

I groan "seriously how'd that get out already?" I ask rubbing my face. She sits up "you are?" She asks. "Yeah Tony asked if I'd do it just a few hours ago" I answer. "That's so sick! Do you get extra tickets?" She asks."People know I go nowhere without my girls" I answer. She nods "true that" she says.

The four of my friends that I have have been by my side since being a singer was just a dream and we were 13, now we're all 21 and I'm 4 years into it with 2 ep's out, I'm on my second north american tour doing small venues and I'm writing an album with the guy that discovered my youtube videos.

Our night then consists of scrolling through out phones and seeing what people are saying on Twitter and tiktok.

"If olivia is doing more music what do you think it's going to be about? Recently we've learnt that she is now single and ready to mingle" the guy in the tiktok says. "I think I wanna change what covers I do for the next few shows" I say.

Jordyn looks at me with raised eyebrows "oh?" She asks. "Was gonna do cornelia street for New York but I think I wanna do lavender haze instead" I say. "Do it" she says.

Nodding i text anthony the change in the set list.
