The window creaked as Olivia tried to slowly push it open from the outside.

It was really giving away her game here, she cursed herself and was begging for the window to be quieter because her mum would wake up otherwise.

Her mother was not the nicest person in the world and would most definitely not be happy about being woken up in the middle of the night.

Olivia had left the window open slightly when she snuck out of the house 3 hours ago, she figured that it would be a fool proof plan, however she didn't quite account for the damn window to be so loud.

She sighed and just decided to go for it.

With one big push she opened it all the way, it screeched the whole time she pushed it.
She scrambled inside the house quickly before someone looked out of their bedroom window and saw her attempting to sneak inside.

Olivia moved over to her wardrobe and got dressed in her pyjamas before making her way back over to the window to try and close it again because there was no way that she was going to sleep in a room with a window wide open.

She braved herself and then shut and locked the window, it wasn't as loud before as all of the moving it the first time seemed to loosen it up but it was still loud enough for her brother in the room next to hers to wake up.

She could hear his bedroom door open and him walk across the hallway before she heard him breathing heavily from outside her door.

Her heart thumped loudly in her chest as she sprinted towards her bed in an effort to fake sleep and test out her acting skills.

She dove under the covers and tried to cover her face because there was no way that she would be able to hold her "sleeping face" for long enough and if her face was covered then there was a chance that her brother might believe she was actually asleep.

Her door creaked open and a beam of light came flooding in, lighting up the bedroom.

"Liv"

"Olivia" Topper whispered rather loudly. God he was a terrible whisperer.

With a groan she rolled over in her bed and shielded her eyes from the light.

"What Topper? What do you want? It's like 3am?"

"I heard a noise, did you hear it too?"

"No, I was asleep until you barged into my room." She complained in a fake tired voice .

He still looked unsure but eventually just said "whatever" and left her room.

Olivia gratefully sighed and rolled over in her bed until she started to fall asleep.

She was rudely woken up to her mother screaming in her ear.

" WHAT ON EARTH WAS YOU THINKING YOUNG LADY" She began as she waved her arms about in anger, her eyebrows were scrunched up and her face was a dark shade of red.

Uh oh, she forgot that there was cameras, they must have alerted her mums phone or something.

"Mum, what are you doing?" Olivia asked, already knowing that she was going to be in trouble.

" Sneaking out? Breaking back into the house? At midnight."

"I did not raise you to act like a dirty pogue, young lady so you better start explaining now."

Olivia couldn't keep up the act anymore and tried her best to worm her way out of the conversation.

"Look mum, I'm sorry but there was a party on the beach and I was invited and I didn't want to seem pathetic for not showing up."
Olivia explained.

"Well Topper wasn't invited and he is friends with all of the kooks so who was you out partying with."

"Umm, kie?" Olivia tried to tell her mum as technically kie was a kook too, so hopefully her mum wasn't as mad.

"Kie hangs out with the pogues and I swear to god Olivia you cannot be hanging around with pogues, do you know how important our reputation is? You cannot be sabotaging our lives like that!" She screamed in her face.

With a huff , her mother turned around and began walking towards her bedroom door.

She suddenly stopped when she got to the doorframe and said to her deadly calm " if I ever see you hanging out with Pogues, then you will wish I hadn't." And she walked out leaving a stunned Olivia.
