Chaper 5 What the... Part one

HEY GUYS, SORRY ITS TAKING SO LONG TO UPDATE BUT IVE BEEN BUSY LATELY. I HOPE YOU LIKE THIS STORY. NOW TO THE CHAPTER.

SPENCER'S POV
It been two days and I haven't slept. I am so tired it's not possible. After the kiss at the bar, I went to sleep for about five minutes. I know now that the guy at the bar was Jonny. He was the one who kissed me. He's kissed me before but, I don't know when. I have to go to work today. So, I got out of bed and went to work. Me being me I had to go. When I got there Emily was putting muffins in a basket.
"Hey Grace" she greeted me.
"Hey Em" I greeted back.
"Wow, what's wrong"
"Nothing"
"There is something wrong. Tell me"
"Fine. When I went to a bar. A guy kissed me. I had a dream and found out it was Jonny. I haven't slept sense"
"You should go home and sleep"
"No. I have to work"
"Okay. Suit yourself"

The went by so fast, it wasn't possible. On my way home, I could barley walk. I tried to walk but, it was no use. About 20 meters away from my apartment, I couldn't take it anymore. I was so tired and I felt dizzy. Before I knew it I closed my eyes and felt my body hit the hard pavement. I could feel something warm and watery coming from my head. It hurt like hell. One minute later someone started shaking my saying.
"SPENCER, SPENCER. WAKE UP, WAKE UP"
That continued for a minute or two. Then the person picked me up and carried me somewhere. I fell into a deep sleep before we got there.

TOBY'S POV
I was on my way to the brew when, I say a swarm of people around some one. When I saw the person I knew who it was. IT WAS SPENCER. Lying on the ground. She was bleeding and I came running to her. The blood was coming from her head.
"SPENCER, SPENCER. WAKE UP, WAKE UP" I shouted.
I carried her to my car. I put her in the passenger set and drove start to the hospital. When I got there, a bunch of nurses came over and put her on a starcher. That was the last I saw of her.

SPENCER'S POV
(DREAM)
I was sitting on my couch when, there was a knock on the door. It was Toby.
"Can I come in" he said and I let him in.
He walked over to the kitchen counter. He throw a badge on the counter and turned around to face me.
"What's going on" I said concerned.
"I have done a lot to get this. I got my butt kicked in the academy for it. I..I..I fought with my dad about it. I even got a buzz cut. I did it because I was tired of not being able to protect the one person that means the most to me. And I'm not going to choose Spencer, I'm going to choose between it and you"
"Never asked you to" I said looking away.
"I now. But, Tanner has and that's why I'm gunna tell her, if she is not okay with me being with you and being a cop. Then she's gunna have to kick me off the force"
We both starred into each other's eyes. He put his hand around my wast and leaned in. Then we started kissing. I moved my hand up his chest and on to his face. I wrapped my arms around his neck to deepen the kiss.It felt amazing and I didn't want it to stop.
(DREAM OVER)
I woke up inhaling deeply. I looked around to see where I was. All I saw was doctors and nurses. Then I backed out again.
(DREAM)
"Promise I'll get the pluming fixed in the loft by the end of the week" Toby said walking out in nothing but, a towel.
"No, no. It's no rush at all" I said as I fixed the pillows on my bed. Then I turned around "Really there's no rush" I said starring at his abs, as he dried his hair.
He took the towel off his head and I stopped starring at his abs. I smiled and he smiled back.
"Are your parents still out" he said walking forward.
"Yes" I said smiling at him.
"You know that's my shirt"
"Yeah and your never getting it back" I said leaning up to kiss him.
"I don't want it back" he said sealing the space between us. "You look better in it then I do" he said between kissing.
We kissed a little bit a longer before I said "Mm. I know it was my idea to wait but, right now I'm just completely forgetting why" I said kissing him again but, this time I put my hands on his face.
He pulled away "Well, you'll remember after I put some clothes on" he said turning me around so I was facing the other side of the room.
I let out giggle/sigh and he let out a sigh of relief. It was silent in till my phone went off. I look at it and quickly put it back down.
"I am so happy you guys decided to go to the lake house yesterday" he said happily.
"Yeah, me too" I said not wanting to sound too obvious.
"I can't imagine what went through your head when your mom called you"
"Can we not talk about it. Just the though of some one doing that to Alison is really.." I said but, was cut off by Toby. He started rubbing my arms and I turned to face him.
"Of course" he said.
We kissed once more before Toby said "Call you later"
"Yes, please" I responded.
He walked away but, I couldn't stop smiling.
(DREAM OVER)
I woke up more calm this time. No one was in the room. I'm still so tired. I backed out for the third time.

TOBY'S POV
After the nurses toke Spencer away I call Em. Then Aria, then Hanna, then Ezra and Caleb. Hanna and Caleb were the first one to show up.
"Where is she" Hanna said running to where I was.
"I don't know. They just toke her. I thinking she's at the x-Ray" I said to Hanna.
"Whys she there" Caleb asked.
"When I brought her to hospital her head was bleeding" I said answering his question.
"WHY IS WAS HER HEAD BLEEDING" Hanna yelled.
"When I found she was lying on the sidewalk. I think she fell and hit her head" I said unsure.
There was silents intill the door slide open. It was Emily. You could tell that she ran hear because she was huffin' and puffin'.
"Where Spencer" Em said.
"I'll tell you everything. But, let's sit first" I said sitting in one of the chairs.
_________2 days later_________
I've been sitting beside Spencer for about 2 days. I haven't left her side. At about 3:27 am Spencer woke up.
"Toby" she said.
"Spencer. Your awake" I said happy to hear her voice.

SPENCER'S POV
I finally woke up for my long sleep. I was surprised that I remember everything about myself. Some one was holding my hand. It had to be Toby. I opened my eyes and saw Toby. I pushed up into a sitting position.
"Toby" I said.
"Spencer. your awake" he said and I could hear the happiness in his voice.
"Where am I"
"Your on the hospital"
"Why"
"Because you fainted and hit your head on the pavement"
I just touched the bandage on the side of my head.
"You've been sleeping for 2 days straight" Toby spoke up again.
The next thing I did was put my hand on his face. I put my hand on the back of his head and pulled him in for a kiss. We pulled away but, then started kissing again. At some point in the kissing Toby moved on my bed. We were both sitting there making out and then Emily walked in.
"Well, hello" she said.
"Hey, Em" I said blushing.
"Toby, I suggest you go back to the chair because a doctors coming" she said.
"K" Toby said as he moved back to the chair.
Emily left and the doctor walked in. He had a chart in his and turned to Toby.
"I'm sorry but visiting hours are over" the doctor said to Toby.
"Okay. I'll leave" Toby said and left the room.
"Okay, how are you feeling today Spencer" the doctor asked me.
"I feel great. I got my memory back"
"That's not good" the doctor said and closed the door.
"What are you doing" I asked.
"I'm just going to inject you with something" the doctor said walking towards me and pulled a needle out of his pocket.
I focused on what the doctor was wearing under his coat. It was a black hoodie.
"GET OUT OF MY ROOM" I yelled at the man.
"It's going to be okay, Spencer" the man said.
I felt the needle go in to my arm "NO, NO, NO" I yelled.
I instantly felt dizzy and my last though was "Great, back to square one". I backed out.
