Well its to mock Emma for living in the attic and for that one time that she was covered in soot, now back to the scene, Emma is annoyed by her sister's shout that awoke from her peaceful sleep, she wanted to talk back but she kept her mouth shut for she knows what will happen if she ever talks back, Emma started to get up and did her routine, she talked to the mice and to the birds while she combed her hair, she may look crazy talking to animals as if they're people but that was a habit that she made so that she knows how to socialize, after she's done with her usual routine, she went to the living room, there she saw her step sister looking annoyed, "wow you sure took your time! Now make us breakfast, we're feeling hungry Cindy" Anna said with a mocking smile to her face, and went to the dining room, Emma who dozed off every time her step sister speaks ill toward her now was aware that she's gone, went to the kitchen to cook for her step family, while she's cooking, numerous shouts and banging was heard until suddenly it became silent, Emma who was starting to get concerned by the sounds, went to the dining room worried, And there she saw Her step family just peacefully waiting while gossiping in the dining room, one of her sister who isn't anna, Saw Emma and said "did you finish cooking Cindy? " yelled by her step mother from the living room who was knitting in her rocking chair, Cindy sighed and went to open the door, there a man who looked to be a rich person, The rich person introduced himself as the Royal spokesman, broke the news that the Prince has come of age and has started a ball, The prince requested that everybody is to be invited, and handed the invitation envelope to Emma and went away, Emma was now excited at the thought of going to a ball, wearing a dress she made and dance with someone like a normal girl!!, but that hope was crushed when Anna, one of her step sisters, heard the news and went to grab the invitation envelope and ran to the living room while Emma chased after her, everyone was in the living room except for Emma's mother who died when Emma was born and her father who remarried but died of drowning at the sea cause their boat has sunk while delivering trades, Now that Anna was at the living room she began to tell the news "Oh You can't believe of what I heard! The prince started a ball! And everyone is invited in it! ", you can tell she was excited by her voice, " oh how wonderful! I hope one of my daughters marries the prince! "Happily said by her step mother, named Maddonna Houston, we like to call her Lady Houston, she had grey hair but has black roots and has onyx eyes, she was just beautiful even though she's old, both the daughters Stella and Anna blushed at the thought of marrying a prince, while Emma was just quiet knowing that her step mother did not include her in the daughters part, but was happy that she'll get invited, but she had an Omnimous feeling about the ball but shook off the feeling, the step family began shopping for dresses of the ball while Emma stayed behind before continuing her cleaning, after that she went to her room and began making her dress.
A month later, in the evening.
The step family except Stella, who were already dressed, was waiting for Stella to finish Dressing, was surprised when they saw Emma wearing a dress walked down the stairs, " did you steal that? Lady Houston? ", that question was replied by a pity and sympathy stare and the bystander said ".... Have you not heard the news? ", Anxiety began to bubble again when Emma heard the question wondering what happened to her only family in this world, " no... What happened? " Emma began to feel dread when she asked the bystander, the bystander replied "Everyone who went to the ball was murdered... And we don't know the suspect since he didn't leave any evidence... Now you all may be wondering why she wanted to avenge her family, well even though those scenes I narrated were seen as Emma being mistreated by her family, when in reality those were the perspective of Emma's view on things, when she was little she had already have a negative view on the world and it got worse when her father died, she was loved by her step family, but she didn't see that love and view on those things that were lovingly teasing as insult or mock, she didn't consider herself as a daughter to her step mother, she chose to live in the attic, the scene where she got grounded by stealing? It was true, she did steal her mother's dress but not but her real mother, no she stole her step mother's dress, why? Well let me tell you an interesting fact about Emma Houston, She was an obsessive person even when she's young she's a , everything she considered as family, she'll be obsessed to the point it's twisted, she sometimes steal her step sisters under wears but she was never caught, but how can that be when you said that she view even love negatively? No, I said that she didn't see that love, she is a pessimistic and obsessed person, now what happens when her beloved family that she's obsessed with was murdered? Oh she would torture the ever living life of the one who murdered them, she didn't care about people who were murdered, she cared only for her family, so now.... The hunt begins....
